Based off the hit-series, The Walking Dead, this mod makes you a survivor of a deadly epidemic. You have one morning to prepare, but at night, all hell breaks loose. Fight off hoards of flesh-eating zombies with new and improved weapons including baseball bats and machetes. Improve game-play by setting goals, protecting villages, and establishing safe-holds.
Includes:
Download both Modloader and ReignofZombie.zip
Navigate to your .minecraft folder
Open the bin folder
Right-click on your clean minecraft.jar file and open it with winrar or other similar software
Delete the META-INF folder
Open the Modloader folder and place all the files in your minecraft.jar
Place the files from the ReignofZombie.zip folder in your minecraft.jar

What you've got so far isn't bad . A little suggestion, can you try to add like different types of zombies? Could make the mod more fun to play around with. I can pm you some more suggestions but this is all for now ^^

I had this added and for some reason it isn't working i'm going to fix it asap.
+ This idea is a little extreme so skip it if u don't want complexion. NPC's spawning around the world, these npcs will automatically attack nearby zombies, they are the survivors of the epidemic along with you. You can gain their trust by giving them specific items, which will lead to them following you around like a puppy xD, or you can kill them to get whatever item they have in their hand.
I really like this idea I might implement it very soon
I found a bug / function of the mod, when I was playing around with the mod I entered the nether, and the pigmen textures were rather messed up. Their spawn rate were also dramatically higher than normal as they were EVERYWHERE. Same thing counts in the end, except the endermen look normal.
Would you recommend that I completely get rid of pig zombies or just decrease there spawning rates?
And for the nightvision I haven't tried it out yet but I'll try to incorporate it into the game
I'm Whiffen a Machinima Realm Director and am going to kinda review/play this at the same time. I have one question, does this mod REALLY give one morning until they arrive and then they don't die. Just more and more zombies keep spawning till you die?
I would be really grateful if you would feature my mod in a video on your channel :D. There are still a few bugs that I am fixing right now. As for your question, The first morning is the perfect time to build your fort and there are no zombies on the surface. During the first night zombies start to spawn in crazy amounts. Then once the first night passes some zombies despawn but the ones near you stay until you kill them.
If this is not going to lag me out This will be a preety god damn epic Halloween special for my channel :3!
I would love to see a video on your channel post the link! You should not have a problem with lag because I am playing on an old laptop and it runs fine but give it a shot xD

First of all I based it off of a tv show which has millions of viewers so I am not at all surprised that you had the same idea as me. But after reading your absurd comment I looked through your topics on your profile and there is not one post of you having this idea and the one mod you made (Mario mod) does not have a copyright on it. So I sadly have to dismiss your charges
@Akuren no it is not its own sepreate world type sorry :/ that would create all types of problem because some people may want to play it on super flat

No sorry :/ I tried to make it forge compatible but I wasn't patient enough for it.

One bug that I know of where the Machete covers the Leather tunic
The new biome would lag a lot so I cant make that and the fast zombie is already in production
