Actually EE3 is not out yet, it is in fact in pre release. Meaning that it is being released in a more primitive form...so saying its been out awhile is wrong and right at the same time. It has been a long time since an update to the pre-released content but you will have that with minecraft mods as no one is paying the man to do this and I am sure he has other things to do in life like work or school and possibly and probably relationships of many different kinds to maintain. I know that all the people clamoring for new updates may sometime get under some peoples skin but I would like to point out that all the attention, good and/or bad really just shows how much people loved EE2 ( excluding the highly debated OPness) and already or soon will love EE3.
Hey just an idea but i think it would be neat if the minium stone could change what a spawner changes. like a spider dungeon could become a skele or a zombie.
Forgive me for not choosing to read 150 pages of comments, but is there any new information on what to expect from this mod? I feel like EE3 has been out for some time with little to no real substantive updates. I don't even really know what features are planned. I know that the old tools are going away or being changed, I know that he's redoing EMC storage, but that's really about all I know. The philosophers stone still shows up in NEI and doesn't have a recipe.

There should be two versions of this one with the stuff thats removed from EE2 and one that still has them or make it so you can enable them and disable them so you don't have to remove them :3

That would take a bit of extra coding and would thus hinder progress, plus he removed that stuff for a reason (some completely pulled, others being reworked) and so i doubt he'd do a version with them still in. Plus he said neither he nor x3n0 would be updating EE2 soo....

Once again...probably the bulk of my posts are made up of having to state this....Why would Pahimar make two versions, one the way EE3 is going and one the way the EE2 clingers want? When he has made it so YOU can make an addon and add items similar in all but name...I'm not sure just thinking that xeno might not want people making the addons to copy so fully that they use the same names for the machines and items that were left out of EE3 for good reason. The point of this is the mod is open source and you will be able to make any addon to add any content you wish....if your not to lazy to code your own mod addon....which most of you probably will be...though you can rest assured that someone will make the addon of your dreams adding all EE2 content.
Thank you for that link. This is exactly what I was looking for. I'd rather just follow the authors page for updates. EE2 was one of my favorite mods and I really want to see what EE3 is going to be like when it's closer to "done".
People are talking about alchemical chests, but they arent in the creative inventory.

I need some help, i downloaded the new version of EE 3 - and install it, and i works fine. Then i go into MC and look what items the mod add, i don't add half the stuff, i adds like 28 Items, is that right or am i doing something wrong?

Why don't you try it and see how well it works?
Alchemy was the predecessor to Chemistry.
