First: Typing In All Caps Makes You Look Immature. Please Stop Typing In All Caps
Second, this kind of post does nothing but make him want to hold the update. Stop rushing him, he's said he's been sick for the last couple weeks and he does have a life.
It's still English, but caps lock is annoying anyways.
Yeah, thats what i hate about most new people who come here they be like: "OH XOLOVA YOU SAID THIS UPDATE WOULD COME OUT MONTHS AGO STOP BEING FREAKEN LAZY GET TO WORK". I mean they just don't think that most mod creators have lives and it takes a long time to update a mod like this. I mean this mod is huge. Although maybe Xolova should get like a team or something to help him with this mod?
Except for that last part. The reason Xolova started this mod anyways was because he didn't like having a team to hold him back for DivineRPG.
I think it should be interperated in a way that doesn't demean other people. I prefer to work alone as I realized through the many people who went in and out of DivineRPG, that not everybody has the same vision, nor the same standards/work enthusiasm. Working long hours back to back also just entirely doesn't work for some people, and I will respect that. I'd prefer that rather than stomp on anyone elses creativity, they can do their thing while I'll do mine. Surprisingly it gets content out far faster, as there are never disagreements. If I were to start disagreeing with myself, I may have to see a doctor.
I see a better path for creators when everyone focuses on what is in their best interested, and keeps their focus to their work rather than creating a situation that doesn't need to be there. Disagreements usually would be created out of a passion and respect for the creation at hand, with everyone believing their path is the best way to handle the product. On another note, when discussions turn into insulting other's ideas/work rather than supporting their own and taking a high road, it reveals a very clear insecurity in one's own work. If one truly believes in what they create, there is no need to try and prove it as the work will stand for itself. Long story short, stay positive and do what's best for you. Don't degrade others, let yourself create as you wish to create.
I have a problem: I think this makes me sound stupid, but I spawned in a world with 50% savannah but no extreme hills, so I can't get enough hunter skill to defend myself, and I'm not sure(I tried to spawn it like 5 different ways.) how to spawn Goalbies to boost it, that's one problems I have with this mod, biomes are generated randomly and the fact that some are harder with no way to defend yourself is annoying.(Super-long sentence, I get it.) Any way to help me? I mean, even just showing me the correct text for summoning a Goalby.

You mean spawn a Goalby in?
To spawn a Goalby in, type /summon nevermine.Goalby.
So, in a few sentences, this means that the reason for leaving was because it's natural to believe your way is best, and when an entire team does it becomes difficult to complete things.
As a semi-professional writer and composer, I can relate to this; all artists should take advice and criticism from others, but never so much that they lose their vision and uniqueness. Nobody has exactly the same view on things as another person, so when working with others on a equal level, discussions and arguments will happen. You must not treat criticism as though they don't exist, but you should have absolute control over what you take into consideration and what you don't. Of course, there are advantages of working in a team, but good production teams are split into many divisions that work on different things. A small Minecraft modding team cannot use this advantage to the full, and may be better without a team at all.

An eZ fix would be to get Paint.NET and use the magic wand tool (set tolerance = 0%) to select the white part. Delete it, the image will now be transparent.
especially for the hunter skill or other time wasting stuff
If there was a way, I'm pretty sure someone would've found it by now. If you do find a way, please tell us, because it would solve a lot of other people's issues with that stuff.
I know XolovA has a busy life and all but please consider the following : He has time.
Theres a chance he doesn't but that certainly doesn't mean 2.5 would be delayed for that long. Well I guess summer will be coming up so I guess we should just wait. Maybe its school.
Porting to 1.8.9 shouldn't be too bad. Its not hard but its still grindy. There is a lot of blocks but that's only a tiny fraction of this mod. 1.9 is harder but not as grindy. It will require a bit of rebalancing and possibly more content. When XolovA has a lot of time I think he should work on this. After all this mod might just be forgotten (though its unlikely). This happened to Better than Wolves and RedPower 2.
Recently, I've been using Paint.net's transparent future to improve the pictures for Crusilisk and Arkzyne I uploaded last December on the wiki, take a look!

You can't do that, just go in gm 1 and spam essences on your altar.
