Just gotta be smarter than the average joe. The newest version, either the one in the OP or Slayer's most recent one now works just fine! I started a new world since I can't play my previous one.... so, yeah, that's a thing.
Well there is no such built in functionality for that in forge.
Although it's possible to check the blockList before setting the default ID.
Now that being said, this would NOT resolve any problems with other mods unless DivineRPG is the LAST mod to load.
Which is not possible to guarantee 100% of the time.

Yeah, that one on the other hand should have been fixed a long time ago.
Making it the last to load is easy. put zz next to it in the name, Regradless, I will not use DivineRPG until it fixes the phantom ID bug. Because it has too many IDs for me to bother verifying which ones are phantom and which ones aren't.

Quite complaining and use the IDFix mod. Its not a virus, it'll resolves all IDs that are not reserved (EX: IC2 or applied energeneticists reserving and ID for one of it's blocks)

Oh right. Lemme just install this COREMOD for 1.6.2 on 1.6.4. What could Possibly go wrong? Oh right. it doesn't load b/c it has @VERSION in his code

Yeah as I've said to folks earlier, Slayers beta is more like an Alpha and I recommend waiting for a proper release before using the mod
The armour isnt craftable, and so are most of the swords. Also, my game crashes when I enter the Nether in Easy/Normal/Hard/Hardcore. I figure it has something to do with spawning, because thats what it says in the crash report. Any help? Just ask, ill give the crash report.

The crash is due to a known bug with entity spawning.
It will hopefully be fixed in a later beta.
Delete the old configs? God..... I don't want to do that. But fine. I'll will do it and test it. God......
IF you don't want corrupted worlds, you should not play these unstable beta releases.
There are chances for world crashes and corruption from doing well basically anything which isn't ready yet which is like most of it
I would repeat my advice given earlier, wait for the stable release to be out before using this mod for anything that you don't want to loose.

You could back-up your old configs...

That's not his problem, changing the ID's will make his world corrupt as the block ID's have changed.
His main problem is trying to use an unstable beta for real play.
