I Like The Mod And All But Needs To Change When You Leave That Orange Biome To A Forest The Sky Canges Color From Orange To BlueYou Should Make Seasons From Like Fall To Winter ECT But I Rate This Mod 10 Diamonds!!!
: : APPROVED!
Has anyone suggested/you thought of adding some sort of underwater biome where trees and stuff generate at the bottom of the ocean or maybe even a rare atlantis sort of thing. Also since I'm here a biome sort of like we see in pandora in Avatar
If I may suggest, I think it's be neat if a Floating Mountains biome of some sort, similar to the ones in Avatar. I've always thought the glitches in the Extreme Hills generation was cool, but a biome made specifically for it would be fantastic.
EDIT: Also, another thought, in the Deadlands, I think it'd be cool if it were lightly raining ash particles. Give it a more of that feel that it's going for. I can't find the right word for it.
forge already has most of the biome mods. yes, forge is better than modloader, but modloader still exists, and there are still a great many mods that we love that are not supported by forge. soooooooooooooo how about you just use extrabiomesxl and leave us our ONE biome mod.
Will it be hard to make it compatible with forge ?
I got it to work with Forge. Did you have problems? (It didn't want to make the worlds sometimes and I found a massive non-generated area in one, but I understand this happens to the Modloader users as well)
EDIT: Now that it requires ModloaderMP, I don't think it will work with Forge anymore. Haven't tried it though.

sincerely, everyone else.
The more I think about it, the more I want to use Forge, but like you said, most biome modes use Forge, and not everyone wants to install it, or have other mods they use that don't work with Forge. The only real benefit I get with Forge is having compatibility with other biome mods, but honestly, what other biome mods would one need when using this?
Anyway, I'm working on making a server version of the mod. The mod will require ModLoader and ModLoaderMP, even if you're only playing singleplayer. Having some trouble testing the server ATM, but it's compiling properly, and I'm working on figuring out what's wrong. Works in single player though, so at least I know it's nothing too crucial.
Hoping to update it in a few hours or so. If I can't fix it tonight, it'll hopefully be tomorrow.
i made a new world on mod loader and it just says loading world converting world been like that for 5 minutes. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Close Minecraft and create a new world. It does that sometimes, and I don't know what's causing it, so I can't exactly fix it.
...I'm playing it with Forge installed because I didn't even think it wasn't compatible. It's crashing fairly often but that seems to be the case for a lot of people anyway.
Saw this mod featured on PC gamer. Really good stuff you got there, I'll try it out soon. I've always been looking for mods that don't change the game to drastically but add interesting new additions.
Just a few suggestions for any biomes for future updates:
Crystal Forest: Similar to the Mystic Forest except the very leaves and logs of the tree glow. These can be harvested and used in the player's own builds. Maybe have special mobs like Crystal Spiders and Crystal Guardians (Some kinda sword wielding wraith thing?)
Mystic Desert: Large shards of mysterious volcanic glass shards protrude from the barren sand dunes. The sky is darkened with ash. Glass Genies and Glass Scorpions guard the shards and ambush unwary players.
Mushroom Swamp: Glowing mushrooms are of an abundance amongst the dark murky waters. The sky is an ethreal tinge of blue.
how do i fix this?

I have no idea. I've never set up a Forge mod from scratch, so I'm clueless as to how I'll go about trying it out.
