Hi Lunatrius. I'm currently templating builds in creative, creating schematics and building them in survival on our server. The issue I am having is that we're building under water and I can't seem to filter water to prevent the giant red WRONG BLOCK box from filling the entire render area.

Add "minecraft:water" and "minecraft:flowing_water" to the extra air block list
Could you add a button to fully import schematics along with the command blocks with their commands? I have quite a few command block contraptions I wish to import with this mod.
Also, add a second materials list showing the raw material cost. (e.g. a chest is 2 logs, a furnace is 8 cobble, a repeater is 3 redstone dust, 2 sticks, and 3 smooth stone)
I went to install the mod, really pumped to use it as I'm looking at having to rebuild some complex structures.
The installation of the Core mod worked after a couple of times (it crashed the first time). It seems to be running smoothly, however, the actual mod (Schematica) isn't.
Whenever it's in the folder and I try to run the game, after loading for a bit, this immediately pops up (I'll attach it below if it isn't readable)
I've tried restarting, but it doesn't do anything. All of my mods are up to date.

Direct import is a WIP and I don't expect it to be implemented anytime soon. Simple blocks usually don't have any issues, but anything with a tile entity may corrupt the entire world. All tile entities have to be handled individually and some of them might just not work at all.
Doubt that I'll ever add such a list. Different mods add different recipes and some things might be cheaper than others. Just to name an example, in vanilla a chest can be made of any type of wood, while slabs require the exact wood type they represent. It's a rather simple example, but with mods added the complexity skyrockets. It's not something that I'd want to touch myself.

Looking forward to your response.
Update Forge and LunatriusCore. That screen shows the minimum required versions that have to be installed, usually installing the latest and/or current recommended version is the best thing to do.
It would make for such an easier time if the ghost schematic was transparent like it used to be. I cant tell the schematic from real block and its very dangerous in the survival mode.

Enable "Alpha" in the config and adjust the value to your liking (can be accessed from the "Mod Options..." button).
I seem to be having some trouble with the Printer Mode. it prints one layer too low, and some layers get printed twice, mostly doors and half slabs. Am I doing something wrong?

I don't think so, I have all the mod options reset to default, and i've never even touched the config file itself.
I can reproduce the issue if I change "place only adjacent" to false in the config (Mod Options > Schematica > Config > Printer).
Tracked it down to Forge. On a non Forge server this does not happen, on a Forge server (and SP) the bug is present. Will see if I can figure out what exactly causes this to happen.

I re-checked my settings and i actually did have Place Only Adjacent to false. Whoops! Switching it fixed the problem. Thank you so much!

Is there a button to place all the blocks from a schematic?

Thanks alot for the help Lunatrius
However some reason i cant figure out how to enable my mod options
You can either click the in-game "Mod Options" buttons or the "Mod" button on the main menu.
What's new with 1.7.6.125?
Just a temporary fix for the printer sometimes freezing in survival.
I seem to be having some trouble with the Printer Mode. it prints one layer too low, and some layers get printed twice, mostly doors and half slabs. Am I doing something wrong?
Update to latest. This has been fixed in #124.
I've tried using #124 and #125 but it's still happening.
Did you change any config options?
