First of all: i'm not a pixler !
So my question is: Are here some people outside which are willing to show here creations and share here png's to the community ?
It would be great if here in the OP where librarys with pre-made png's for Xtrablocks and slopes for dummies like me.
Well, www.painterlypack.net has a large set of textures which you can download and Photoshop on top of the original textures to get some interesting stuff, i do that a lot.
Many thanks for ability to switch off the blocks.
I have some problems with fake plane and with panels. It is cut away.
Could you do to make these panels and the plans were a short distance from the blocks? (As Kaevators Wallpaper)
And propose. Cfg-file looks chaotic and not everything is clear. May be better positioned elements are not in alphabetical order, and on the subject (by category)?
Do not be surprised - my English is Google translate. I never play Minecraft without these mods:
ExtraBiomesXl, Industrial Craft, Build Craft, LCTrees++, Metallurgy, Railcraft, Smart Moving, Forestry, Jammy Furniture Mod, Kaevator Super Slopes, Xtra Blocks, ReiMinimap, CraftGuide.

Your welcome, it took me a while to figure out how to do it but should be a handy feature.
I'm guessing your using Optifine (or possibly MCPatcher, I haven't tested with that yet)
It causes the problem with the panels that you are experiencing. Hence the red disclaimer just below the download.
Note: If you use Optifine you may want to disable the Panels & Pavers due to flickering
I did have a section on the OP explaining this, but it got left in the older downloads section. Sorry about that, it is now back in the main download section.
The panels themselves are still in development stage (just added them as is, for those who wanted them and could use them without optifine)
I am hoping to resolve the placement bug and have them work with Optifine, but they are more of a side project than a priority.
Now that I have figured out a bit more of the configuration code, you can likely expect a few changes to the layout.
It wont happen overnight though, as it is also an extremely time consuming process.
Just to make it so the blocks could be turned off took a total of eight hours and over 3300 lines of code that can't just be copy/pasted.

Many things!
Say you have a wall made out of brick but wanted planks on the other side. With the panels you can achieve this and the wall will still be 1 block deep.
The fake panels can also remain, when the block behind it is destroyed. They can also be walked through, so you can use them as hidden doors or floor traps.
Pavers can also be used to make paths or carpet a room without the need for digging.

and much more...
Thanks for telling me, is it also possible for panels to be transparent? So i can make it look like there is blood on the wall/floor.
Wow, that's such an impressive show of art up there, I have never seen such a realistic blood
JK.
No, not really JK.
Good work on the mod, what are you focusing on now?
looks more like redstone gone wrong! I didn't want to use my real blood splatter textures,
I'm saving them for my Halloween project.
Coding wise, i am still looking into config options and also Forge's PacketHandler so I can finally start implementing my custom models.
I have also been thinking about trying the chests and beds code again.
My real focus this week though is actually getting to play some minecraft. I have decided to make a Halloween themed adventure map that will take advantage of all the new blocks and showcase some of the cool things you can do with them
Well, don't credit me that much, i used photoshop to get them
but they are used a lot in my Halloween map i made for a friend
Edit: Yay! It's possible to use different block textures per texturepack!
Sorry, I wasn't here back in the time of that "Glowmaker"... How do I make use of/what does the Glowpaint do?
Yeh, sorry. I have been a bit slow updating the OP.
Essentially it can be used as an alternative to the glowblocks. Instead of placing blocks, you can use the glow paint to make existing blocks glow (even flowers can be made to glow)
This is some info I posted when it was the glowmaker (still applies)
Glow makerPaint (item) use this item and click on a block to make it glow.
This item could potentialy replace all of the glowblocks. There are two small drawbacks to this though.
The first is that you can't place anything on the side of the block you click with the item.
Secondly, sometimes when you click a block that has a ceiling above it the light source will be applied to the ceiling block instead of the block you clicked.
This mod looks really sweet I think im use it when i start a new game my only question is maybe you could add the number of Block Ids it uses in a little note or something and also I thought i read something about packaged textures being in the op but didnt see them anywhere and also can the custom items do things or are they just aesthetic?

Great Job keep up the EPIC work!
Currently, XtraBlocksEE uses 231 id's. (Forge provides 4096 id slots)
214 Block ID's
17 Item ID's
and adds a total of 405 new Blocks/Items
There are some custom textures on the OP, but I think they got buried in the 1.2.5 section.
From memory, they will all be for the old texture sheet layout.
I don't think anyone has actually shared a recent set of textures and I'm not much help either.
Everytime I start working on a 16 x 16 pack, I get an idea and switch to 128 textures.
I am about 3/4 done with the 16 x16 textures though, so I will post them soon.
An in depth video is in the works also.
The items were a user request and are pretty much aesthetic. They do not have crafting recipes, so as to give OP's control over them.
Used with the invisible item plate, they make for nice custom made door triggers etc.
Edit: Seems I was wrong, I must have accidentally deleted the custom texture section. I am going to move the user creations images back to the main download area and will also re-implement the custom texture section.

What is the use of panels btw?

Worldedit doesn't recognize mod blocks.
In 1.2.5 they worked just fine. But as Darthrafael said, in 1.3.2 mod blocks are not recognized.
