Shouldn't this mod be in the WIP mods, since it is before V1.0? Oh, but great job on the mod. im keeping my on this mod, espicailly if i plan on making a Missil frigate with SHips&Boats. I do recomend improving the texture/picture of the missile. Maybe make it several blocks large.
EDIT: from the way i was looking at the pic, the missile looked 2-d and flat. Maybe make antimatter missiles huge, and spanw several square blocks.

Yeah thanks for the advice! I might be adding the missile launcher to boats for marine battles.

Missile Module is not even a missile. It is an empty container for you to place your desired explosive inside. Think of it as a crafting recipe for different types of missiles. This was intentional and on the wiki.
I limited the range of the range finder to only 30 blocks so it won't be overpowered and that only the short-fused TNT can detonate from the remote detonator. However u can detonate other bombs by placing a short fused TNT next to it and by exploding the short fused TNT you will detonate the nearby explosives. This was intentional and on the wiki.
Spikes: Alright I will fix that.
Nuclear: Not only nuclear. I found that all bombs destroy bedrock. I'm going to fix that explosion algorithm. It's messy.
Mines: Why don't you just place a short fused TNT with a glass pressure plate on top? I designed the short fused TNT to be multi-usage and modular. I don't want people to have their creativity constraint on the bombs but use the bombs creatively.

I might get the trailer out by the end of this week. Meanwhile I'm working on 0.2.2 which fixes a bunch of bugs and adds some small things into the mod.
I like the idea, nothing would be better than nuking a creeper shelter (karma finally would be on my side) You could also try making som other things along with it, maybe some added mobs or edited ones (more deadly creepers, skeletons using guns etc) or perhaps other tools

Like the new modle/texture alot better. Could you make larger models for the medium and Long ranged missiles? Or make sub-tiers based on ordenance radius making larger sizes? I just want to see myself bulding a large silo with a massive missile in it under a replica Mt. Cheyenne
Can you PLEASE change some of the ID's so this is compatible with FLan's mod? it uses the block id's of the vehivle work bench. I'll uninstall it so i can see what block ids i can use to change in the COnfig file, but you may still want to look into changing the ID's due to Flan's mods popularity.

Block IDs are are most annoying thing in minecraft. It is hard to find an Id that not a lot of mods use. And yes, I will be changing the block IDs. To something more compatible in the future. My mod only uses about 4 block IDs I think.
You dont put it into the .jar. Make sure you reinstalled it with modloader first, then audio mod, then Forge. After that, put this in the mods folder.

Anyway, I installed the latest version of ICBM into my .jar (AGAIN?!)
But everything works fine, except for the fact that no missiles will fire on any launcher. I have tried short and medium-range launchers, the intercontinental launcher, all missiles, all four sources of redstone (lever, button, pressure plate, torch) and co-ords which are within the distance constraints of each launcher.
Why u no work??

I removed ICBM from the .jar and put it into the mods folder. Same problem. Btw, there is nothing blocking the top of the launcher (it's in a plains biome :P)
All the mods that use modloader (including this one) must be placed in the mods folder and not inside the minecraft.jar unless told so. Are you using version 0.2.2 of the mod? All should be working fine. Do you have like other mods installed? Also if you are using forge with 3.1.2.49 it has a glitch to not show entities. Use the lasted recommended version which is 3.1.3.105.
Any chance of making Launch pads where you place the missile? and then possibly ouy could connect it to the launch control block with RS, where you set the coordanites and hit a Launch button?
ANd if you go with the launch pad, subtiers for missiles that have large payloads but also larger models?

Oh that's a very good idea. But I will need to think off a way to implement that to the mod. You might be seeing this in the future.
Sounds good. when i first saw this i imagined building amassive silo benath a mountain (missile would be the top sub-tier Nuclear missile) that could decimate 30 chunks. And leave no drops, of course

I've made a rocket model with textures. I don't know exactly why, but I felt like doing it. If you want it, I will PM it to you.

I'm thinking of re-programming the nuclear explosion algorithm to not only have a initial explosion, but to also affect the environment surrounding the explosion such as turning all grass to mycelium and destroying all grass and leaves so you have a baren land with radiation I'm trying to be more realistic (although this is Minecraft ant nothing is realistic except for sand and gravel).

The new and improved BiomeBuster, vaporizing an initial number of 1024 (32x32 array) of chunks. Only destroys blocks that are in the same biome, but if used in an ocean... you can get a lot more than 30 chunks with NO LAG
