That extended sword is 2.5 times more expensive that a normal sword, so I think it should have more uses than "just" 150% of the old one.
Example:
A diamond sword last 1562 attacks. It deals 7 damage*. So it can deal 10934 damage at all.
An extended diamond sword has 2343 uses. It deals 14 damage. So it can deal 32802 damage.
That's 3 times as much.
*damage counted in half hearts
But this only works for swords. I should increase the duration.
Just downloaded it as pretty much my first mod! One thing. All that Iron seems pretty steep, about 9 iron per iron tool, which is what most people use. Maybe a stone handle or a handle made out of ... *gasps* ... another material which is obtained by crafting stone and iron together?
