This goes in the WIP (work in progress) section, since from my perspective it appears you have done absolutely nothing in terms of physically creating the mod, save the very, very early concept stage. The mods section is for completed mods only, and from what I am seeing, there is no mod to speak of. You may consider sending a private message to a moderator requesting this thread to be moved, but I would advise simply pasting the original post into a new thread in the WIP section and letting this thread die. It shouldn't take long considering how many people view this section.
