The dragon slayer enchantment is an enchantment I made a while back. In theory it should do 1X 1.5X and 2X damage to mobs such as the enderdragon however the effect would not work on the enderdragon. It is still in the mod but not in use. I plan to replace it in the next version with a new enchantment effect.
As of now zombies and skeletons will not spawn holding swords due to a bug in the client/server syncing up. I may add support from mobs in other mods if there is enough request and I can fix the current bugs.

There is no Dragon Slayer enchanment. Otherwise, look under the "Sword Info" spoiler.

Toughness (Stupid name i know)= Chance the sword will not break according to level. Level 1 is 5%, 2 is 10#, 3 is 40%
I already had an idea for something like this however unbreaking enchantment works in similar ways.
