We are negotiating, and resolving the issues we had. MisterFiber is going to allow me to release my add-on as long as proper credit is given (Which I obviously have no problem with). For those wondering what biomes my add-on has, feel free to check out this imgur album with a screenshot of each one: http://imgur.com/a/jkIR1
My add-on also balances out ore and animal generation, and nerfs village/abandoned mineshaft chest loot. I'll be making a separate version without those changes eventually, as well as a version that supports Mo' Creatures, whenever that gets updated.
Coal and iron don't generate as frequently. In 1.0, they seemed to increase the generation to a point where iron was as common as coal, which was insanely common. Village/abandoned mineshaft chests no longer container ingots, diamond, obsidian, or armor. Animal spawns are very biome specific, with some biomes not even having any animals. The spawning is sort of realistic though...For instance, cows spawn in plains/meadows, sheep spawn on mountains and certain forests, pigs spawn in swamps, etc.
I'll have a version soon without those changes, as well as Mo' Creatures support (With realistic animal spawning).
MisterFiber will be adding a section for add-ons tomorrow, and I'll have more info then. But basically, the add-on adds 14 new biomes:
Bayou - Tall, vine-covered trees loom over a swampy area with murky water and logs sticking up from the ground.
Bog - Dead trees over a muddy landscape, with brown, murky water.
Dark Forest - A spooky, dark forest with dark skies and tall trees.
Deadlands - Black skies are cast over this obsidian covered hell on earth where mobs can spawn during the day, and the water is as red as blood.
Flower Field - A flat, lush, green field covered in tons of flowers.
Gravel Beach - A relatively flat area composed of nothing but gravel. Great for gathering gravel for building paths, or if you need to make a lot of arrows.
Maple Forest - A peaceful, colorful forest of red, orange, and brown trees, with sparse cedar trees. Fallen leaves cover the landscape.
Mystic Forest - A mysterious, magical forest filled with plants, purple water, and the occasional giant mushroom.
Oasis - A deserted land with a few palm trees here and there, and oases around every pond.
Prairie - Flat grassland with nothing but thick grass and wheat grass.
Tropical Rainforest - Broadleaf trees cover a lush, green land where melons have a chance of spawning.
Tropics - Tropical islands with palm trees varying in size, all spread out over a lush landscape with lots of grass and orange flowers, and crystal clear skies above.
Wetlands - A swampy forest with dark blue water and slimy green grass.
Wheat Field - Rolling hills of grain provide magnificent scenery here. The field wheat has a 1/20 chance of dropping wheat when broken.
There are 3 new crafting recipes with the add-on though, which are as follows:
Spring Spirit(Item that allows you to jump higher for 30 seconds when eaten): CWC HOH CTC C = Cattail, W = White Flower, H = Hydrangea, O = Orange Flower, T = Toadstool Leaf Pile XXX LLL LLL X = Blank, L = Leaf block Maple Leaf Pile XXX ROR RBR R = Red Leaf Block, O = Orange Leaf Block, B = Brown Leaf Block
Will this be for those specific biomes? Or all around?
All around. Like I said though, I'll have another version ready for tomorrow without animal/ore generation changes. And when Mo' Creatures updates, I'll add support for that as well.

Lets say I like most of the Biomes, but don't want a couple of them. Could I, potentially, simply delete those biome generation classes from the jar? Would I have to edit one of the base classes so it doesn't call for that biome? Or is this simply not doable?

You'd have to edit GenLayerBiome. It's has the list of biomes that are allowed to spawn. A config file might be doable, so we'll look into it.
for some reason my jungle tree textures are all messed up, the top and bottom are normal wood rings, but the sides are invisible with grey wheat seeds on the bottom...

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG
Any idea if the mod and its addons will play nice with Magic Launcher, or will I have to go Stone Age and install them the old-fashioned way?
I see how you do not quote my favor! Now you have angered me!
Heh. J/K. Cool mod.
I wonder if it'll play nice with Equivalent Exchange. Probably...

That is all.
