Haven't checked in awhile , heard from other mods , that add mobs , they have to re-do all their work because of AI changes . So did'nt expect an update anytime soon . Nice work on the ninja fairies! whenever you update the smp to 1.2 i'd gladly invite you unless you have a file to be able to host 1.1 servers i dont, but i can only host with hamachi sorry if thats an

couldnt u just update the 1.1 version to 1.2.3 and then release the colonization update after
If you're ever going to have fairy reproduction you should make the nurse fairys or make a new fairy take care of fairy eggs and every 5 or more days a baby fairy is born they dont have to be babys though. And with the colonization update you could make a nursury and the eggs are placed on top of glowstone. The eggs could be like the ender dragon eggs, and the reason the eggs are placed on glowstone is because it gathers and radiates light into the egg which helps shape the fairy and her wings. Also the way a fairy egg would be made is when a fairy dies and when it drops the glowstone dust from its body, that glowstone then forms into 1or more eggs depending on the fairy type. But its all up to you on how you want to do it. I just thought this might help onhow you want to do it
From what I have read , the new changes to the AI are making this and other mods such as Mo'Creatures have to re-work major parts of their code...So it will take longer , for people to update mods that add in creatures , etc.

Omg it would be awesome to like rarely find a little fairy village! Like little houses, just like the villages already in the game! Like you could still find fairies fluttering about and little colonies, but you could also rarely find the villages!
well the thing is he made a fairy egg thing so you can force spawn fairys besides fairys are classified as humanoid insects so they might lay eggs : P but im not to sure

I had the Fairy mod last year, back in 1.5_01, and I really love how much its changed these past several months, I only today decided to make a forum account, just so that I could cast a vote. This mod is really fun and its great! I can wait to see how it changes with time.

I would love to see this updated for the 1.2.4 (of course) and I'd also like to see this work with the Bukkit server(s). I'm not sure if that's feasible before the 1.3 update with the modding interface.
BTW: Will the colonization update have generated fairy cities/outposts?
