One note on this, I have navigated to the download, however it keeps asking me to login and signup to download it. I went on oracle.com and navigated to downloads of a different java myself and was able to download without getting an alert to login. Why does it ask me to login to download this, and it also asks to login to download any exe file in the link you sent me? (Just asking because to create an account it involves alot of personal information being shown to 3rd parties).

This has failed as well. however before I reinstall forge and minecraft, I would like to point out this video: Could this affect anything? And I checked on my mac os x and looked at the javas it has running, because it is able to run shaders (well mac compatible shaders) and it had the following:

Once the mod is properly installed, there are a few things you can do to ensure maximum performance.
-Run the game in a smaller resolution in full-screen
-Lower your render distance

Ok so I have done the following:
1. I uninstalled all java, went to roaming and deleted any java files i found or anything involving java.
2.restarted my pc

Yes, still looks like ur useing the other Java.
But also you can try this:
goto ur .minecraft folder.
then into config folder
There is a file called splash.,
Open it. Find this line:
enabled=true
Set it to enabled=false
Save the file.
Try to run Minecraft.
If that wont work, then i suggest you install Forge and Minecraft again.
