I've got an idea about creepers: what about let them explode, when they have low hp? Some king of challenge to kill it earlier, then it would explode.
They pretty much do this already but instead by locking their detonation state when in range regardless of health. The only players this change would affect are ranged ones who aren't able to 1 hit kill them and that would be more annoying than challenging, especially for questing packs where killing them is necessary

Second, I had a walled village with torches everywhere and mobs would still spawn inside them. Another thing that's somewhat annoying is when a new world is created it doesn't have all of the default settings. While I'm at it something that I think would be cool to add is mobs only attack your base every now and then rather than every night, like a blood moon or something. I'm pretty sure there are blood moon mods already but all they would do is increase the spawn rate.

The first issue can be solved by adding the guards to the AI blacklist. It's there for a reason. Mobs ignore lighting on hardcore days (defaults to every 8 days) so if you don't want that happening then you can disable that (this doesn't apply to mobs like Blazes which can spawn even in bright areas). The closest thing to a blood moon in this is Hardcore Days, however no there currently isn't a way to disable/enable every advanced AI system on a per-day basis.

ESM isn't dimension specific and therefore doesn't have configs for that. This mod adds/edits AI behaviours in all mobs (unless blacklisted) no matter which dimension they spawn in. I may add in a config for this at a later date.
I noticed the Zombies Get stuck in one spot when your high up could you adjust it so they can use multiple routes to get to you? If i set Quick Pathing (Pathing is not a real word) to False will this fix it? also not sure if its my mod combinations or not but i never see blazes spawn. For Rarity is it the higher number makes them more likely to spawn?
i dont know what causes this issue. but when using lucky blocks i got a day 1 reset and ever since mobs are running super light speed even tho i have it set to 0.01 in config and even tried 0.
Well I haven't yet altered the arrow trajectory math to accurately account for elevated targets so for now it will have to do.
Attack evasion only applies to mobs classified as hostile.

Pretty soon yes but currently I'm focusing on getting my new mod Better Questing stabilized and polished first.

When I go to dimension tweaks, then overworld, and upped the damage multiplier but it doesn't seem to do anything.
