working on a adventure map already, however it would be good for friendly npcs to attack hostile npcs, give out quests, act like merchants/traders. I would also suggest making it so that wheni give them a bow as a weapon they have infinite arrows like skeletons, so they can use bows

If u ever get dialogues done....can u do mutiple dialogues and u can talk to them like in skyrim...I know I'm asking for to much but it would be coool if u did...
nice , would be great if u can get them to follow u :smile.gif: (wen u do implement following) is possible to get them to recognize wen u are sprinting and react the same way? the hole teleport thing gets to me (in mods where npc follow u) and causes lag for some reason. and if u could give them orders like attack that mob or defend that mob (keep sheep and other livestock safe) that would be awesome. great job so far man im really having fun with this :smile.gif:
You can make a new "npc" foldere in the mob's folder and name them like
npc1
npc2
npc3
for the textures,
As for the dialouges, you can use Mr.Oku's humans+ mod or Friend mod for reference, they are both triggered by an event, but you could also add in config files so that you can edit what they say, and when they say, that would be nice, and as for the guard option, you could use the Castle Defender mod or Battlecraft for reference

try putting a piece of dirt on the crafting table or inventory
