No, I only do it for Endermen, because it was a special request from a user of my other Endermen mod, and it can be easily updated at the same time as the other mod, takes only an extra minute or two since I'm modding the same file.
It would take much longer to mod the other mobs, and it's not something I would really use myself, so I don't see the point in it.
They teleport when exposed to sunlight, I know this because, this mod deletes that specific line of code.
So now they won't teleport out of sunlight, that's what I mean by sunproof.
You can see what he said that. Sunproof makes it seem like your saying your making them Invincible to Daylight(Zombie and Skeleton). But i see what you mean but i suggest you should change Sunproof to something more they now can spawn in day time like the creeper
