Following text is written assuming video shows current status of mod and it's not outdated.
Also you could make hidden redstone/button/lever/torch lever to connect with normal w/out repeater/rs torch.
For torch lever, it should give out light like normal torch. Otherwise you will be able to detect it just by looking at it at night or in darkened places.
the video is mostly up to date for everything it shows. But it doesn't include the CamoBlocks.
The torches already work the way you describe.
for making the hidden stuff work with normal Redstone without a repeater... thats a little tricky.
The problem with it is that the normal redstone doesn't update itself if the blocks be next to it arn't original redstone pieces, know what I mean?
= normlal redstone... = hidden redstone.

the normal redstone will get powered, but stay powered even if the hidden stuff is off.
IDK, stuff might have changed in 1.0.0, but when I started this in 1.8.1, this was the problem. It is unfixable without modifying the original redstone code directly.

for all those who have made a video of this mod, please update/remake the vids. Some of them highlight glitches that are now fixed.

Hidden pistons, chests, and a camo-paste in general that can hide almost anything. Well, atleast obsidian.
By hiding I mean full-Block hide, not just one side. As true with the rest of it, that will eventually be MultiPlayer as well.
Oh yeah, if anyone has a server where this mod is used, please let me know so I can put it on the first post.
i have a problem: i have create a secret room with a irondoor when you will come out you must find the secret torchleaver than with the secret redstone the signal go to the door but when you use the torchleaver the game crash

hmmm. thanks for the bug report. If possible, can you send me your ModLoader.txt file?
You can make the secret lever activate pistons, so a secret passage is open

EDIT: I just tried the download, its fine. I also tested the mod before I uploaded... idk what the problem is.
