Seems pretty cool, I'll wait for ModLoader support before downloading though. Also, can Spikes be places on pistons? Or maybe make a new piston with spikes on it? That would be pretty cool.
They can, and it looks pretty cool, but it doesn't do anything special. Also, you can only but spikes on the floor right now, but it is planned to make the placed on walls and ceiling as well.
Would you be able to add something like adz trap blocks cause he seems to have stopped updating it at 1.5 and its they are very useful blocks for traps

lol wait thats a good idea.... what if you added a guard (kinda offtopic) or a fluffy (more suitable for a trap.... think of harry potter or just a giant hairball or slime or something)

im sorry, but NONE of these ideas are original, and frankly, the texture for the powering trap chest looks identical to that of the magic chest mod
one-way glass mod- done, named that and with more than just stone
sticky sand/gravel- this has been done with DJoslin's pitfall mod
fire lighter- included in SDK's mod
spikes- In adventurecraft and ported over by peronix, with same recipe
however, as a first mods, this is a great step towards being a superb modder. If you want to make a mod, look at mod requests or check the suggestions forum.

I think having each 'trap' as a individual download..OR the ability to completely turn off each trap type you have no interest in would be a great idea. Block ID's and all are precious and it's nice when the mod lets the user choose...and reassign things to make the mod work with other mods.

Sorry, multiple mods are hard to manage. We might let you choose the IDs in the future, though.
