you should try contacting the guys who do the pixelmon mod to help you with some of the dinosaur models. The ones they build tend to be fairly complicated and can usually move as intended
Known big problems:
1.Porblems on dinosaur riding.
2.Feeder not working correctly
3.T-Rex untamable
4.Drum not working correctly
Above problem is hard in fact and need time.
Going to fix in next version:
1.Location of config file
2.Rendering problem of dinosaurs' head
Above problems are fixed but not release yet.
Not yet confirmed problems:
1.Javelins hurt dinosaur cause crash
2.No sound
3.Dino-eggs duplicate
4.Dinosaurs randomly disappear(But I know they might get lost.)
5.T-Rex not growing.
you should fix the dinosaurs not being to be controlled when you are riding it.also when is the update one comming with the bug fixes. also i dont know if you know but someone is making a content pack of this.(http://www.minecraft...ent-pack-plans/) you should consider asking the people if they would give you the dinosaur models for you to officially add the dinos. this would make a lot of people happy thanks if you read this

Im not getting any fossil blocks to spawn in my world.... anyclues? I can pull stuff our of nei and use it, but nothing seems to spawn in the world. I even used a nuke from ICBM to clear the world to make sure and found nothing...
Mysteriously, I have the same problem. When I saw the Yogscast video there were plenty of fossils, but I couldn't find any in creative (I didn't really search that much at all, but still). Unless it's an intentional part that was added recently?
Oh yeah! I remember reading some of it yesterday! Epic ideas, and thanks for the credit! Also, I'm thinking of fully rescaleing my models to their actual metric sizes, so that they're bigger and better! This may take a while, but it'll be worth it! Any new dino suggestions/models whilst I was away?
wondering if anyone can help me i just installed thos mod to my server last night and i cant find any fossils? and also i used creative to make a dino but for some reason when i put food in the feeder it just dissappears and nothing happens ?
Guys you just have to dowload the newest version of the mod there has beenan update to fix that.
I guess so. My friend was able to find a LOT of fossils.
Edit: Found SOME fossils, but it was the same version. I think all I did is just not look hard enough.

I have the same problem with the feeder, except I am not using those mods...
I am also a bit confused on how the dinosaurs eat. I don't see any velociraptors picking up meat or anything that's dropped, unless it's given to them. Also, if you give food to velociraptors will they eventually eat it?
This is a great mod, very elaborate, keeps to it's purpose.
I only have one problem with it though.
SPOILER ALERT:
When I first used the ancient sword after repairing it, I didn't know what it did, so i tested it out, and it struck lightning directly next to me, killing me and destroying all items in my inventory. I would suggest if there's a weapon that causes lightning to strike, don't do it at melee range.
Other than that, I think this is a great mod, and would recommend it.
Same here. I hope the bug is fixed soon.
