In the last update I made some code changes to allow for more teams. First up, I'll be adding yellow. That is, after I try and get dispensers to shoot the pellets.
this mod is amazing i can see it now a paintball league for minecraft that would be awesome i downloaded this right away great mod man diamonds for you my good friend
sorry i never got back to you, but i guess that would make sense. I just think it would be convenient to have someone that can make decisions of fairness and check on the teams to make sure they aren't cheating.
and btw, if we are making a map, is there a link for a place to upload it, or what. ( i ahvent look very thouroughly at the main page)
Hey IKinx, can you release the mod files for manual instillation? I use a custom launcher (Magic Launcher), and I prefer to use the same method for all my mods, it keeps it much cleaner. I'm not a fan of patching the .jar anymore...
Hey there, me and a few friends seem to be having a large problem with multiplayer.
Everything weapon wise does seem to work, however we have no way of identifying if we have been hit or not. any insight?

Define not working. Occasionally, guns don't shoot or zoom in. Restarting Minecraft fixes it. This is most likely due to lag, as it doesn't happen to everyone.
I have some errors, when i join my friends paint ball server i can't shoot any pellets but he can shoot fine and in my server i can shoot fine but some reason i can't shoot in my friends server! PLZ HELP!!!

Actually, it would be logical that they only explode when the enemy flag/player is in range.
Red
Orange
Yellow
Green
Blue
Purple

I'd just make a block that detects what team you are on (wearing full armor) and have it give you three stacks of pellets.

How far should pellets out of a dispenser shoot and how much damage should it do?
Cool. It isnt done yet. It was, but then you added more team colors so i wanted to make it even bigger XD
