No it isn't. The recipe for the iron ring and the pipes conflict. iron rings are totally useless which makes this all the more tragic as they take priority over pipe recipe.
Hey anyone have problems with it raining alot? I turn it off with Single player commanda then it come back a few minutes later, any way to stop this? is it the mod or what?

Has anyone encountered any issues with Finite Liquid and Lahwran's Gui API? I can't seem to get Minecraft to even crash when trying to load up with them both installed. It just hangs there until it goes non-responsive. No Modloader conflict error. No nothing.

It can rain all it wants to. That really the only thing that adds an aural atmosphere to Minecraft.
so i gott mine to work but my ocean doesnt stay infinite it turns regualr finite water in about 6 seconds and if i manage to get anything at all filled up it just empites out even if its completely filled and no holes a few minutes later its all gone
I am having the same issue. I place the ocean block and a trigger block but it only fills for a short period and then just stops. Adding additional ocean blocks or regular finite water (via TMI) doesn't increase the level at all. Is this an issue with the update, because I had this issue before I added more mods to my .jar.
HELP... This is being stupid and i am too stupid to know how to download the finite liquid mod... everytime after i try to download it i click log in... then nothing... then nothing... then it flashes a sign for about 2 seconds that says minecraft has crashed
... help pls

Do you have Modloader and PropertyReader? Also you must Delete META-INF, or you will get black screens.
I just crashed my world making old minecraft water and I'm not sure how to find the error message when the problem isn't at launch. It just went to saving chunks as soon as I flipped the lever to mix it. I'm currently running this, BTW and ID resover. Anyone have any idea how i can fix this? It's been ages since I backed up my save...
EDIT: After a few tries it let me back in. There was no old minecraft water so i collected my ingredients but it crashed again 5 seconds later. Now it will only let me play in 5 second intervals before crashing
This mod would get a lot more attention if it was compatible with things like "Better than wolves" "buildcraft" "industrial craft" "Integrated Redstone"and the rest. I'll check which ones are compatible soon. On a side note, I always enjoy these types of mods though, you know, the ones that add to existing features instead of creating entirely new systems (more trees, mo'creatures etc). I will definitely use this mod more, once its at least compatible with a few more mods.
They all work... Integrated redefine uses only one block I'd using the damage system and industrial craft there is some id conflicts...
The community won't get past this incompatibility if you don't supply sufficient logs to show conflicts (just post the freaking logs).
supposedly there is a way to add more blocks that can be "overwhelmed" by water, but i cant find the properties file :/
i REALLY want to flash flood a house and have it ripped apart :biggrin.gif:
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
if you type "plz" instead of "please", because it is shorter, I will type "no" instead of "yes" because it is shorter.
I set up a rig to use a piston to press the water into a compressor, as the OP and his personal website say. I realized very quickly that if I have the piston extend into the block directly adjacent to the compressor while there is water in between, it crashes with a stack overflow error. If I move the piston back a block, the water level seems to drop, but it does not ever seem to "fill" the compressor as described.
Am I setting that up right? Is there something else like the compressor needing redstone power or something that I am overlooking?
I do have a thought that it may be conflicting with one of my mods, hence the lack of an error report, but before I start ripping apart my minecraft folder I would like to know if there is something stupid I am not doing first.

it would help if you said which other mods you have installed, i have tested this with quite a few and have a pretty good handle on combatability
EDIT: i tested your first setup with just finite liquid and its requirements, and it should work fine
Im not sure since I have not seen it create puddles anymore. Tested it in different Biomes but had no success
It's normal for v4 but i don't 'think it was djoslin's intention.
I hope it comes back

I never had rain yet.

The entire pit is flooded. I've tried making huge tunnels to drain the water, but it doesn't go down. Can SPC be used to drain the water?

I can't watch videos on this crappy net and I can't find images of the recipes anywhere.
Thanks in advance for any replies :biggrin.gif:
