Try reinstalling without the other mods, see if it works properly, then add them one at a time until you have problems. There's your conflict.
Also, make sure that you install ModLoader first THEN BTW, as BTW needs to overwrite a few Modloader classes.

I'm sure that there is an answer buried somewhere deep inside this almost 1,500 page thread but I'm short on time and just have a quick question. My question is related to REI's Map Mod or minimap whatever you would like to call it. I find map mods essential to the game now with their waypoints and all and minecrafts infinite world. Problem I am having is only related to the Server part of BTW. When we have the game all installed in the proper order: Modloader>ModloaderMP>BTW running the game after each install. Then we installed REI minimap and Optifine and all is well on "Single Player" now when we log into my BTW server that I setup using the proper folder in the zip file you supplied to all of us we get this error... "Do not currently have Better then Wolves Installed on your system. This server requires all clients to have Better Then Wolves 4.16."
Before you say it that its not compatible I understand that completely and my lack of knowing how to build a mod doesn't help either. I just don't see how a minimap mod wont work with your mod on the server yet it works just fine on single player. I looked around for a config file to maybe change so that the SMP version of BTW doesn't look to see what the players have installed but I can't find anything.

Funny part of this is that I'm currently in the process of ripping the co-ordinates out of the F3 menu because I believe even that to be cheating and removing a large part of the fun of Minecraft.

As for the compatibility...no idea man, as I don't support such things. Another user might be able to help you out though. I'd consider it a big bonus if BTW wasn't compatible with mini-map mods though, as they're particularly cheaty in anarchy SMP.

But anyway...are arrows acting funky for anyone else? They are all bouncing off of targets. Tested without the mod and I see it happens occasionally but pretty rare. In BTW it's pretty much 100% as far as I can tell.
I suspect it has to do with the new client/server mechanics but...not sure.

Yeah, I've got that one fixed for the next release. Should be out shortly.

help please! i didn't get an error report even using a terror test apparently. all i got was a black screen. it may be because i don't have modloader installed but i have forge and forge modloader and forge wont let me install modloader. If you could help i'd be grateful. im running minecraft 1.3.2 , NEI, the runic dust mod, and secret rooms mod and taking the dust mod and secret rooms away did not help.
My doggie does have problems with half slabs, he sometimes sinking in and I already counted at least one dead dog, maybe no BTW problem, maybe Minecraft itself?
Entities in general seem to have a problem with falling through blocks in 1.3. I suspect it's a vanilla issue.
Strange though should't you suppose to see everything of a mod even with non vanilla blocks and things...?
Well, keep in mind you aren't just using a texture pack. You're using another mod (probably either MCPatcher or Optifine) to be able to use a high-res texture pack, and I would assume they don't support custom animated textures.
Mojang seems to currently be in the process of reworking the rendering code for MC though, and they've mentioned wanting native support for high-res textures in the past, so I'm hoping that this is a temporary situation that will be resolved by the next MC release.
I did introduce the BTWConfig.txt to my system just this afternoon to turn of the hardcore bucket, I see the; fcEnableHardcoreBuoy=1 and still everything is sinking... also not a really big problem but I just don't understand.

I settled down around a beautiful small lake, that was mostly 1 block deep, although I live in survival mode I dug it out in creative to be quicker, maybe I left some air bubbles..

Yeah, that makes sense. If you leave air-pockets beneath water, it will create undertow which will drag the items down regardless of whether they normally float.
As far as I'm aware that should be almost impossible, as (barring private modification) both now modify parts of the GUI. I suggest trying the Ender Spectacles and seeing if they work.
They seem to work fine, but as I'm unaware of their total functionality, this could be in error. Eye-hurting green overlay works fine, that's for sure.
Disabled Rei's and it doesnt seem to have changed anything; however further investigation has revealed that optifine buggers up something particle-related.
I don't know if this has already been reported, but since installing this mod I can't place water. Well I can but it just drains away. I have the latest version of BTW and Mod loader, along with 1.3.2 Minecraft.
I will try to reinstall this mod and mod loader just to see if there was a copying issue, however I thought I'd report it just in case
i might have just been a little impatient, but last night i managed to deactivate the clock to my bellows after loading the world like seven times (all in 1-3 second intervals before crashing). The game worked fine afterward but i couldn"t use the bellows! so after this i found my old btw 4.11 file and did an experiment to see if this is really has something to do with the updates past that. I took 4.11 and installed it over 4.16 ( i knew it wouldn't overwrite all of the newer files and i did this on purpose) this resulted in everything working exactly as it should. the real question though is why? i suspect if i just replaced the class files on the bellows from 4.16 with the ones from 4.11 it would work too but thats just an educated guess . I'm going to try removing all the mods now and try your suggested method to see what actually might be happening. Is it possible that the new 'smooth movement from bellows' could be part of the problem?
On a better note, i just started learning java this week from my comp programming teacher! gonna try making a simple mod soon! This mod is the only reason i would make a mod so a very big thank you to you FlowerChild!!!

I already responded to your post last night. There's really no need to keep harping on this same point. As I said, I suspect either an installation error or a mod conflict.
You may be running into this problem with the Bellows, but if you just replace that file and keep going, you'll also likely run into it with other blocks as your error message indicated missing mod functionality that several mod blocks now use.

I'm pretty sure your problem is right here: you shouldn't have ModloaderMP installed. I'm running Rei's 3.2_05 with BTW 4.16 no problem right now
