I think I found a bug: If you plant a blood wood shrub in the Nether, all surrounding zombie pigmen will become hostile, even if you didn't provoke one.
Not a bug. The inhabitants of the nether do not like it when you plant invasive species in their homeland.
whenever i use the mod, or make a windmill or water mill, it doesn't work. i have no more than 3 of the axles together, the inputs are correct(i believe). is there anything in the installation i could have missed? i installed mod loader, took out meta-inf, installed btw mod. then tmi. i am on a mac.

It sounds more likely that it's a problem with the setup you've built in-game rather than an installation issue. If you can build axles to begin with, it sounds like the mod is working at at least a basic level.
Can you post a picture of your setup? I'd highly suspect you've got Gear Boxes misaligned or what have you.
Do it the other way around Mystcraft first, then BTW, Ive got a double chest full of descriptive books, and I've made a few custom worlds in creative. See my earlier post on this page for a video I made of some testing I've done.
This is a great mod, but do you think with the hemp plant after it is fully grown it would sometimes give more than 1 hemp seed. Great mod though
Actually, if you only harvest the top portion of the hemp plant (they grow to 2 blocks high), the base will regrow the top portion much more quickly than harvesting the whole plant. Then you can harvest the top again and it will potentially give you another seed after every harvest.
minecraft has crashed after installing this realy awesome looking mod. So far everything worked fine but well heres the error log i hope someone can help. On another note i just read the readme it sounded like it is intentional to make this mod " a lone wolf" really a waste for it does look so appealing. Can't wrap my head around why anyone would wanna make it incompatible with other mods but well who knows. If im mistaken i would gladly take back my words and play with this mod if i can.
My word. Who was that on the previous page who said it never gets better? I laugh in your face. Thank you, garul. This was very nice. I'm sure FC will appreciate it.

May the Force be with you. Unless you're a troll, in which case, may the farce be with you.
So if understood right there is no way other major mods will work with you'rs ever again?
Luckily, you do not understand it right.
There is always the possibility, but the first two things that will need to come to pass are the release of the official mod API by Mojang (currently guessed for the 1.3 or 1.4 updates) and the addition of the additional block IDs, up to 4096. The official API should largely invalidate the need for the Forge, and if we're all going off of the same API as well as having plenty of block IDs to go around, it's possible BTW could work with other mods again some time in the future.
Absolutely no promises, however, and even if it does become possible again, it's likely something that FlowerChild will not actively work at maintaining. He won't actively work to break it, either.

Yup. Indeed I do
As for the overall compatibility situation, it is my hope that it will improve gradually with time after the official mod API is released. Gradually, because I'm in no way anticipating the first release of it will solve all our problems. It's going to take time.
I have no problems with compatibility, I just don't want to use the Forge for my own reasons, and BTW is far too extensive a mod to support much in the way of compatibility with others without an API.
Anyways, it's likely a temporary situation, so until additional tools become available, I just keep on doing what I do
Im pretty sure i will have lots of fun so thank you very much for the all the time you have invested into making it. It is realy very much apreciated ^^
sorry but the mod wont work i have this and modloader installed thats it no error report just a crash and i use 7zip just so you know. and because of this i will uninstall this mod
Yeah, that's just not enough info to go on for anyone to help you man. If you post the contents of your modloader.txt file, we might be able to help you out, but yes, otherwise it's probably best to just move along.
On that note: 7zip is bad. It causes some zipexception error and corrupts things....use a betterdifferent archiver, or MCpatcher for a sucessful and ragedeleteless install
Really? I've never had a problem like that and I've modded my .jar hundreds of times by now...

Successfully using 7zip requires one of two things, knowledge of how the modding process actually works, or luck. 7zip is a great tool for people who know how to use it. I could never return to winrar.

This worked well for me. Thanks.
in my opinion one is enough because the bottom will grow back. and eventually you will have more seeds than you will know what to do with

Anyhow, glad to hear you're enjoying the mod!
You seem to have forgotten to post the error log
As for incompatibility, all is explained here:

Glad I have both, then =P
I use WinRAR. I've never had any trouble with it.
Glad I have both luck and knowledge.
I've never had any trouble with 7-zip either.
