Wich version of Minecraft do you run? If you run 1.1; OptiFine isn't updated for 1.1 yet.

I know that. That's why I want him to post a screenshot of his F3 screen to determine that. I don't know how I am "feeding" him? What does he has to laugh about?
For me, I saw the world disappear randomly when I mine or cause the world to update in Multiplayer. I don't do Singleplayer so I don't know if it's the same there.
The blocks sometimes take a little bit to update.
Well, All I said was that I wanted a pic of the F3 screen.
"Alittle bit" being uhh... Three minutes on a server that has probably over 100MB Upload? And it only hosts three servers?
Its not that bad for me.
Thank you and have a nice day :wink.gif:
unless the owner the server is smart enough to get a dev build >.>
The dev builds aren't recommended for a reason. They tend to be quite buggy, make playing a somewhat unpleasant experience, and at times they can be either game-breaking or server-destroying (though this is rare, it's not worth the risk). Many server owners are smart enough NOT to get a dev build.
Again, ...

That'd be my first guess for your problem.

And how do you know he is working on it right now? If he was, then it could have been up already right? But it's not. Also, I saw that he was online like a couple of minutes ago looking at this thread for a good 20 minutes or so. Instead of working on the mod like he should, he's spending his time reading all these comments on his thread. Might as well give him something to read.
That's why it's call a dev build and not a recommended build.
He might have been afk T.T
This is the stupidest logic I've seen all day. That's like saying "how do you know the dishwasher is on right now? If it was, then it could have been done already right?" No. In-progress and finished are not the same thing. If it was up already, then he'd not be working on it anymore.
This works differently from forum to forum, but most forums will show you as "active" on the last page you visited for anywhere from five to twenty minutes. If he glanced through the latest posts in this thread, it'd show him as active for longer than he really was. But more importantly, he is allowed to take a break. People have no business complaining that he's not spending every waking moment of his time on something he's giving us that we're not paying for. He doesn't owe anyone anything.
That being said, if he claims to be working on it, then I believe him, and I certainly won't fault him for taking a few minutes break every now and then. This was a bigger update than some, I've heard that there was some serious performance improvements in vanilla, which means that there were probably some fairly major changes to the rendering code that'll take sp614x longer to code for. It's not as simple as flipping a "works with 1.1" switch.
I don't know if he actually is developing the mod as we speak, you're right there. But I think you have no idea what so ever, on how much time it takes to update the mod.
He has a life, perhaps he wants to take a break and watch TV or go out and see his friends? I don't know.
And he doesn't have a duty to develop this mod. He could just quit doing it if he wanted.
This mod isn't updated for 1.1 yet. You have to wait for the 1.1 version to be posted. If you try to install the 1.0.0 version on 1.1 it will crash.
