You are attempting to use integrated graphics, which apparently don't support newer versions of Minecraft. Do you not have a dedicated gpu?
I have absolutely no idea. :/
Well, the "ig4icd64.dll" file is part of Intel HD Graphics 3000 which are part of these Sandy Bridge cpus:
It was released in 2009/2010, and is pretty low-end in today's world. I think (not sure, since I don't have a Sandy Bridge cpu to test) that the integrated graphics chip will run Vanilla minecraft okay enough. However, OptiFine might be what's making it choke up. I wouldn't know why, honestly. I just know that it's old, extremely underpowered, and not worth trying to find something that works for it.
Based on your other posts, it looks like you've played Minecraft just fine before, so I'm going to assume you either have a dedicated gpu, or it's been running on your integrated graphics without issue. To be sure though, could you please load up Minecraft in vanilla and press the F3 key? Take a screenshot of the text displayed on the right side of the screen, and then post that here. This:
Once you do that, we can move forward.
Edit:Okay, um. I looked through your post history some more, and it seems you've had this same exact issue (problematic frame ig4icd64.dll) inconsistently over the past few years. This is in your post, every time you shared a crash. So I'm going to assume you do have a dedicated card, and your system sometimes tries to switch to Integrated for some reason.
This is what causes the crash. So to resolve this, if my assumption is correct, you'll need to go into your gpu's control panel and manually select it as the default OpenGL renderer in the global tab. It's a different method, depending on which card brand you have. For Nvidia, you just right click on the desktop to open it, then select the option in "manage 3D settings", here:
I'm honestly not sure how it works for AMD, so I won't be of any help there.
I personally just load a world and press F3+T to reload all resource packs and such. That (almost?) always fixes it for me. It's quicker than going through menus to change resource packs/shaders, but almost equally annoying to have to do every time Minecraft is launched, of course.
You know, I try that and it never works for me. I didn't even know that loading shaders would do it, I just noticed that it did one time.

My assumption was wrong, then. I said based on your past posts, I was going to assume you had a dedicated hard. It was based on that assumption, that I then explained how to resolve the issue. Since this isn't the case and you do only have integrated graphics, I have nothing else to offer.
All I can say is your crashes are due to the Intel HD Graphics driver failing. Also, you have a lower-end chipset than I originally thought. Intel HD 3000 is part of the top-end line in 2009/2010, whereas Intel HD 2000 is a step below, on mid-range cpus. Like I initially said above, though:

Hopefully someone who has more knowledge with gaming on integrated graphics can help you out. I wouldn't know what to suggest, short of purchasing a dedicated graphics card. Speaking of which, I'd like to suggest doing so anyways; you shouldn't ever rely on the integrated chip to play games. You can purchase something cheap, such as a GTX 1050 Ti and you'll notice a world of difference whilst playing any games at all.

Hello, OptFine is one of my favorite Mods, I never run out of it, but I have a doubt, because OptFine does not have several Languages ?, I only encounter English Language and nothing else, this mod should change its text according to the language selected in minecraft, please, in the next updates add a Pack of new languages, it is very Important !, Thank you. Sorry for my bad English, I'm from South America

...which is already implemented in the mod. If they are playing Minecraft in Brazilian Portuguese, they should have OptiFine in Brazilian Portuguese as well.
I keep getting a message that the file can't be run? I keep getting a file labeled as just installer.exe, with some amazonws publisher thing. It says I may not have the required permissions, but this is my own computer
Hello, I have been hard at work on a texture pack that adds in biome specific variations for every mob. I was wondering if the biome bundle mob is compatable with optifines biome specific mobs. After some testing, I have realized that the textures only work in vanilla. In biome bundle they just use the default textures. I tried using the custom biome names and I got the same result. Is there a way to make this work? Maybe using the ID?
Using 1.7.10 E3/E7, I have two issues.
First, is when I start the world with Multi-Core chunkloading, the parts of the world flash in and out of existence, until I cycle the settings through "Default" chunkloading back into Multi-Core. Then stuff stays put for as long as client is running.
Another issue is bad texture z-fighting. Especially microblocks and EnderIO conduit decorations (arrows, markings).
So I'm having a problem with optifine that I can't seem to find ANYONE else who has it. Simply having optifine installed makes models, specifically the viewmodel, have these bizarre seams in them. Also, antialiasing makes a tiny sliver of green and grey color appear under the crosshairs.
Guys, just one quick question.. in the front page it says one version, but when i open the site, this version on the site is outdated, and i cant find a version that im currently using.. im using optfine 1.7.10 HD U C1.. i was trying to find a new version to update on the site, but i cant find my C1 its THAT old?..

OptiFine is translated into several languages: https://github.com/sp614x/optifine/tree/master/OptiFineDoc/assets/minecraft/optifine/lang
What is your language?
Looking at their previous posts, they use Portuguese.

Uh... what? The OptiFine installer is a .jar file, found here:

It looks like this:
You can find other versions, here:

Just curious, but how long would it take to make Optifine's code less "hacky" as some people put it?
I just took the Minecraft Noob test! Check out what I scored. Think you can beat me?!

Did you realize that your question makes little, if any, sense?
Entire Minecraft modding is one big hack.
So I'm having a problem with optifine that I can't seem to find ANYONE else who has it. Simply having optifine installed makes models, specifically the viewmodel, have these bizarre seams in them. Also, antialiasing makes a tiny sliver of green and grey color appear under the crosshairs.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

The E7 its the newest one for the 1.7.10?
I wouldn't ever suggest using an older version of OptiFine. However, if you absolutely must have version C1, then you can find it simply by modifying the URL: https://optifine.net/adloadx?f=OptiFine_1.7.10_HD_U_C1.jar
Anyways, yes. Version C1 for 1.7.10 is well over two years old. Version E7 is the latest one, which is found here: https://optifine.net/adloadx?f=OptiFine_1.7.10_HD_U_E7.jar
• Ryzen 9 3900x @4.2GHz

Yeah i downloaded the new version... its way better now xd
