Decided to have a crack at getting to load in OS X. I have no idea what half these g++ flags are on OS X, but it seems to load. Not sure how portable the file is though, so will require a few testers.
I am not quite sure if the library in the current package will actually work since I simply took your file and renamed it. However within your compiler options there was an "install_name" specified. I am afraid that this might cause a conflict with the actual file name. Can you confirm that it works still?
btw. I left some comments on your submitted bug you might be interested in.

Thanks for your help again. :smile.gif:
The files in the .zip work fine for me. :smile.gif:
Your build script didn't work for me. I had to put everything on one line again and re add thee commas. Eg,
I also tried out the -arch and -m64, however it didn't run when I started minecraft normally.
They both worked when I used "java -jar -d64 MinecraftLauncher.jar" however to put java into 64bit mode. I can upload the 64 bit compile if you wish.

It is expected that Java-32bit will not load 64-bit libraries this is the same on Windows and Linux.
But its great that you could test it for 64-bit already. I would like to include this 64-bit library as well, so yes please upload it.
Also: I corrected the make_osx.sh in the svn.
Thanks for your input again. :smile.gif:
Just I favor can you perhaps send me a .Schematic (World edit) file of that awesome mumble Logo you made?
I am sorry, but I do not have access to the server files where this logo is at. Btw I did not make this logo, it was made by a few friends of mine - but specifically to support this mod.
If anyone is interested I reobfuscated version 2.3.4 against Minecraft 1.6.5. Standard disclaimers about running other people's unsigned object code apply, etc.

As some of you might have already figured: I am sorry to announce that I will cease further development of this mod indefinitely (this especially includes reobfuscating the class-file).
The mod has reached a stage at which I consider it stable. However I am already tired of the constant maintainance which is required, not because the mod is faulty, but because of Minecraft's code "reobfuscation" on every update.
I welcome any initiative of people willing to work with the mod's sources (as displayed by theskorm and mvanbem). That's why it's open source.
I will also keep monitoring this thread in case some errors in the mod itself come up and need fixing.
So unless there are bugs in the code or Risugami makes a huge revamp of his ModLoader the only thing needed on each Minecraft update is the reobfuscation of the mod_MumbleLink.java file.
As for updating the thread: I will, if I feel like it, add the latest supplied link (i.e. what mvanbem supplied) to the OP and update the title.
I've created a github fork, just because I use github for all my other work. If you have any issues (eg, updates to minecraft, feel free to send me an email [email protected]) or raise an issue in the github repo at https://github.com/TheSkorm/mod_mumblelink/issues and I'll try and sort it out.
Thanks SnipingCoward for an awesome mod, and doing all the hard work.
Give this a try guys. Should work on 1.7.2, I done some hackery that could break other things, that I'll research latter, but with my brief testing it seems to work.

Beat me too it.
Assuming this is compatible with MC 1.6.6. I hope so?

Waiting on MCP to be released for 1.7 and then I can start work recompiling.
