Tried "L" and every other letter and it doesn't work.
Are you using OptiFog? I had that problem (and the problem that the light just cut out on me on occasion). I think it's a "not entirely complete merge" in the most recent version of OptiFog. But I could be wrong...

NO, not using that mod.

Life is a Learning Curve.... Unfortunately, you're stuck on the bottom...amongst the bones of the stupid.
So, this mod makes it like Terraria's lighting system? Where, if your character holds a torch, it illuminates the area around you? That sounds awesome! :biggrin.gif:

When life gives you lemons, give them to homeless people. Then go buy a watermelon.
Held the "L' key for 5 minutes and nothing happened. Oh well, guess I'm just going to have to remove the helmet when I want normal light. Great mod though.

Except this mod was here way before Terraria even came out :tongue.gif:
Okay, I keep trying to click the download link, it takes me to adf.ly and then redirects me to Facebook PageRage or some crap like that and my antivirus warns me about like 20 trojans and other assorted malware.
Explanation please? It worked for everyone else, or at least that's what I assume.
EDIT: I clicked the link on the youtube video, and that one worked. Might want to check out the link on the forum, though.
On topic: Nice mod! It's very useful for exploring caves and such.

Use FireFox with NoScript plug-in installed. You won't get any of that crap. Since joining Minecraft and downloading nods, I haven't been bothered by crap Ad-fly surveys.

I'm having an issue. I can run minecraft, but when I load a game it crashes.
I'm running ModLoader, AudioMod, ShockAhPI r5 (with merged file), Aether, and TooManyItems along side Dynamic Lights.
Here's the error report:

sorry for being a pain in the ass (as someone on this topic posted) but, i wasn't thinking my suggestion thoroughly and just realised i need a way to configure the hotkey for toggling it. i have so many mods that use different amounts of hotkeys that i need a way to configure them. again, sorry for being a pain in the butt :sad.gif:

Thank you for your assistance.
After looking at your error report, i'm thinking you have a conflict with the class files. or to be more specific, at px.class

It seems OptiMine is causing it, but I don't know why. My friend is running the same set up and he sent me a copy of his minecraft.jar file to see if it would work. It didn't for me :\

That is indeed the solution, I just tried it.
