/mobdamage doesn't work on my XP either, but /damage does what you want.
Thanks, I assume by XP you mean windows..... I use 7. The problem is, it used to work fine! Therefore I just wanted to drop a line about it so that the mod author is noticed about it. I am looking forward to MC 1.3 and am pretty confident that by the SPC release for 1.3 it will probably be back working again. So I will be patient and wait!
hi man, i wondered if you could add the plugin called mobdisguise, what i basicly does, it changes the player to what ever mob you would like to. im not able to play online on servers since i live 109 yards too far from the central who provides internett to the people where i live. so please, could you add it?
The WorldEdit's //setbiome command doesn't work for me (single player). It returns the error:
"java.lang.NullPointerException: null".
Mods I use: MCPatcher, ModLoader, TooManyItems, and of course Single Player Commands. Anything known about this?
Its not supported in the single player version of worldedit. A work around I found is to run a local server (place server.jar into .minecraft/saves) and load your ssp world from the server with worldedit and bukkit installed and THEN use the //setbiome command. It's a little more involved. But that's why I posted that it should be added natively
This is a great mod and it works fine with Optifine, but I noticed that whenever I try turning on sound it glitches. When I do so, it only displays the dirt background and gives the following error in command line:
error linking with the LibraryJavaSound plug-in

Anyone else have this problem, or a fix?
I installed manually and everything works but the sound- Also, though I mentioned it earlier, this is not with Optifine installed. I don't have any audio problems without SPC installed.
Is there a command in worldedit that can fix (organize) doors? I've converted an old world map (from 1.0) to the new anvil format (1.2.5), and all the double doors, only the double doors, are all screwed up. The doors are all crooked, one door opens in the opposite direction of the other door.
So, is there a worldedit command that can fix these doors, like the //fixwater and //fixlava command?
It works perfectly when not using Magic Launcer but when I do use Magic Launcer (version 0.9.8) I still get the "spc_WorldEdit.class could not be loaded" error. Is there a workaround for this or do I have to wait for an update to SPC?
Try placing a copy of worldedit.jar in the /bin. Bet that'll fix your problem.
If not trade in Magic Launcher for SKMCLauncher.
Commands that I want to be added:

The installer for this mod just does not work under Linux. I am getting a window describing the mod and no button to install. I tried reducing font size: nothing changed. There seems to be no way to install the mod under Linux. Manual procedures for mod installation imply using 7-Zip to modify minecraft.jar, but what happens if 7-zip is just for Windows? I cannot continue rebooting like a crazy switching back and forth between two OSes because some things work in Windows and others in Linux, and I don't have enough room to run two computers side by side just to accomodate lazy developers assuming Windows all the way, sorry. This is a JAVA application; that should be portable! If building a GUI is too complex, which I admit is true, there should at least be a command-line installer doing the job just right.

Try the manual version and use SKMCLauncher (there is a Linux version). No promises but SK is quite good.
Download all the mods you want to use and place them in the same directory (.jar mods). Any that go in the mods folder will still need to be put there. You needn't extract any (there are exceptions but few)...

There should be an option in /fog for fog off. Maybe something like /fog disable or /fog off. Void fog and other fog within caves is really annoying. And guys, don't tell me about optifine because it is not compatible with mocreatures.
Is there a brush that covers the ground with a layer of the specified block when you right click?
You can paint the ground with any block you want.
I use a bone (ID 352) for this. First, remove any tool from it (//none) and then type this command: /mat 1 (if you want stone for material). You can change the size of the brush (/size 5). And finally, make a mask command to the the brush (//mask 2,3) (masking grass and dirt in this example). I oftenly use this when creating a cave; I dig with the wanted design and then paint it in the way I just explained. Hopefully this could help you.
