Okay, I think I've exhausted every option on my week-long Mac install attempts. Basically I use SPC for one reason: World Edit. Can the WorldEdit.jar be loaded without SPC?
I wanted to know that too.
I've tried the instructions, the Forge instructions, the ones that LoRaM100 posted, the ones on the video another used shared, but none of them worked for me.
I would like to know if there's an easy way to get World Edit working with Forge (and other mods), without having to install all the other stuff (SPC), and getting the same error everytime I try a different solution.
I am currently making a video for how to install Forge (, optional Keybind Macro,) and SPC on 1.6.2 for Mac OS X. This will be my first ever Minecraft tutorial. Hopefully it won't be completely horrible. The SPC part is pretty much a rip-off of Xpointez's video.
Not by using any SPC command but; in each saved world is a spc folder, a subdirectory (players), and finally YourPlayerName.properties. You might look at that file.

That file I cant read.. just a bunch of weird symbols.
Wouldnt it be simple to make a command to list your warps??

Okay, for everyone (using a PC) having issues installing SPC, here's a useful vid
Thanks for your video. Unfortunately, I've done all what it says, but I still can't make Minecraft run with SPC or World Edit.
The two possibilities with this not working is the launcher saying that one of the .class files is corrupted and could not be loaded. And the other posibility is that I can't even load the SPC profile (doesn't matter if I have Forge installed or not), it just doesn't appears in the list of versions/releases.

It was one of the first instuctions I followed. It didn't worked for me. There is where I got the .class corrupted error. I have Forge 804 and the SPC that q3 uploaded recently (v5.0 dev2). If it's not that, I get another error, when I install Minecraft fully from zero. It says that SPC was not installed correctly, when I follow the instrucions to the letter.

did you try and redownload SPC too? I'm sure you did. I feel sad for ya

I feel sad for me too (?)
Yeah, when I first wanted to install this mod, I tried the version that is in the original post. When I saw that I was getting a lot of errors from it, I waited till the new versions came out (from both Forge and SPC)and downloaded them, but they still wont work for me
I followed all of the steps to the T. After setting the new version to 1.6.2.mods I load in on a new game, its starts the loading screen to build a new world, but just as it starts to load in the game crashes. It says "Uhoh, it looks like the game has crashed! Sorry for the inconvenience We think your game my be Modded, and as shuch we can't accept this crash report." Here is the report they gave me.....any help would be great. Thanks.

I know this works with Forge 804. I just modded it twice with this instruction.
You have to open a Forge world first. Once that's successfully done just make the necessary changes to Forge~804 (it's easy to create a new one).
Fresh, unmodified 1.6.2. Fresh Forge (opened at least once) and follow this without making a copy. Just modify the fresh Forge you just opened.

Make sure it opens AFTER modifying the META-INF but before you add SPC.
Forge is a ModLoader!
I too used q3's ~5.0dev2
Part of what's happening just happened. They released an update to the Mojang Launcher.
Are you using Forge? I have a similar problem with Ellian's Detector when using Forge that I don't have with Risugami's ModLoader. Forge hasn't been receptive about fixing it!
You might also try MagicLauncher or SKMCLauncher. It will mean creating a \bin directory and placing your 1.5.2 version there. I have a 1.4.7 and 1.5.2 versions that I still use the old fashioned way.
Lou
I don't think you get way points with 1.5.2.
I don't use any other mods but this one. The way points work as long as I don't log out. Once I log out they are gone along with the mod itself. I have to install every time I go to play minecraft.
I wanted to know that too.

You have been warned.
Or, check out my project of arranging C418's soundtrack for a cappella voices (and maybe more)
After I use /set .. to make a warp...
So I can later use /goto
Is there a way to get a list of all my created warps?
I have tried /listwarps ... doesnt work.
