I have this same problem and in the client i was testing it only has: Modloader, Audiomod, Spawnlist 1-01, Phobia (the spider-related files) and the wild creatures version of this mod, all in their latest version (they should be, since i downloaded all the mentioned files today).
Strangely enough, Phobia works. (it makes it so spiders won't spawn, i need it since spiders freak me out.)
Also, i have a question, is this mod compatible with:
-Battle Towers?
-Bunny Mod?

Ok testing ended, i made a few tests with some combinations to see what was going on exactly:
In all testings i used modloader, audio mod, spawner 1-01, all updated until today, as well as a clean minecraft.jar.
First i tested the mo creatures wild animals version on itself, i saw it was working fine.
Then my second test was toe Mo' creatures wild pack with the current phobia. No animals from the pack were spawning.
Then i used the phobia modification you gave me and it worked fine, during a whole night not a single spiders spawned on the land, and instead it was swarming with bears, wolves, ducks and all those lovely animals, as well as the normal mobs except of course, the spider.
Then i made an aditional test with the bunny mod which wasn't working for me before my last post and now with the previous configuration it works perfectly fine and now additionally to the mobs mentioned before, bunnies spawn.
In conclusion, the Phobia file that you gave me works... and im happy <3...
On a little of topic note, do you have plans to add/move mobs to the nether? The wraiths and the fire ogres seem to fit the nether, but that's just me...

Alright, here's the clean pack, it includes lion, wolf, bear, polar bear and duck. I did bunny too, but it's not in the pack as it's not part of this mod, I'm gonna go post that in the bunny topic.
Can you make a wimpy difficulty please? I play on peaceful because all of the things are scary but I find I don't have a challenge. I wouldn't mind if it was just animals I had to look out for and fight. Please think about it :smile.gif:
Can't wait for that horse! I would ride him into some creepy cave where I would then battle ogres and wraiths. I've done it before with pigs and boars... but its not the same. So, Zhark how far are you? saddle cou be crafted like this by the way:
Make a fix for it that is basically a modified version of it that makes it so every modded mob dissapears no matter what difficulty. Having issues with my favorite save, and I want original mobs.
You call it the Horse Saddle, does that mean its a different item to just a Saddle? If so, wouldn't it break the game if the game updates and we try to go onto our world?
Btw, happily waiting for the Update with the horses!! I've used this too much with the Bunny mod and Minecraft doesn't seem right without it... Ah well!
Yes, it is a new item. The reason is that I don't want to change any of the original Minecraft files. So this looks identical to the other saddle, but works only for horses and is craftable.

ok this is weird. the mobs and creatures are there BUT when the wildlife attacks, they deal no damage. even on hard difficulty. I am not sure if this applies to ogres or wraiths but i have no clue why they dont deal damage. Ive reinstalled the mod several times. It used to work and i havent installed any different mods from the ones i had when i installed this one...

Do you have the towers mod? I had it and it caused the wildlife not to cause damage, so remove it if you want to play with these cute lil buggers!
I finally got this mod to work and I have to say its amazing. I don't know if the lions or wolves do this already but I'd love to see them travel in prides/packs.

There are two things I want to tell you:
1. Keep adding more mobs, you are amazing! One of the best mods out there.
2. Could you please make it so the original mobs spawn too? I haven't seen a single skelly/zombie/spider/CREEPER!!!! since I got it, and I miss `em.

The original mobs should still spawn. If you're not getting them, there could be an incompatibility with another mod you have installed.

Try just using this mod.
