I'm re-creating Dark Souls in Minecraft. The entire first game, using my own custom Dark Souls mod and the CustomNPCs mod.
It will include 95% of the content in Dark Souls (excluding a few utterly pointless items or things that would be far too difficult to implement).
Due to Minecraft's 256-block height limit, it will be a bit more horizontally spread out, but that will also allow for a larger feel to the world, as well as being able to explore areas that exist in Dark Souls that you couldn't actually get to before which will include a number of items from other Dark Souls games.
Most major game features are finished and fully-functional, such as weapon stats/upgrades/infusions, spells, bonfires and the classic Dark Souls HUD.
Enemies, NPCs and questlines will be implemented using CustomNPCs.
About 90% of the coding is done, I just need to finish textures before moving on to finally creating the map.
A demo containing a fully-playable Undead Asylum will be released as soon as it's done.
