village corrupted now controlled by the Illagers. Originally controlled by villagers, this battle-torn village has taken the toll and is the remnants of the battle between Illagers and Villagers. The Villagers obviously taking the lose, are now under the control of the Illagers being forced to live in their destroyed villager while the Illagers are living in houses that they built around the village to contain the Villagers within their curse homes that have become their prisons. The battle was so fierce that a crack split the village in two and ends on either side of the village. This crack is the result of the dark magic used by the Illagers to corrupt the village so they would have to eventually surrender to the crack splitting their defenses. How do I know this you ask? I was there when it all came to an end..."
That was a passage from a soon to be added npc that you will speak with to uncover what happened at Valley Peak Village, now known to those who live there as Death Crack Village. This is just a little bit of the lore that is to come of this map that will be added to a much larger map only known as The Land of People. The language that will be used through out this vast world will be the World of Warcraft language of Orcish. In the Orcish language now known as the Euykaren language within this story world, Land of People is Tokob Hai. Now, I am most likely wrong with that spelling and even more-so wrong with the pronunciation, but if you would like to be apart of this project you should read up on your Orcish here : Orcish Phrasebook. Now that you know the basis of the lore behind the map and a glimpse of what is to become of it, will you join me on the corrupted grounds of Valley Peak Village and turn it into the deathly haunted village it is now known as? If you wish to join me please contact me here or via a message on the forums. I will be checking this post daily to answer questions, take a look at comments, and look into people who wish to help with the building process. I will also be posting weekly photos of the map's progression here and on my website once the page for it has been created. Credit will be given where credit is due by giving cameos to the various map developers, helpers and testers.
