We're currently working on a map in Minecraft that incorporates the fast racing gameplay of Shin'en's FAST Racing NEO into a Minecraft footrace! We've got the basic redstone working, but we need your help! We want YOU to build racing tracks for us! We're not the best builders, and we know there are some good ones out there. So put on your building suit and show us what you got! You can download the map from this site, build a course inside the map, and send it to us. We'd prefer if you sent it to us on our own forums here, but since this is also a forum, sending it in a reply to this topic is also fine. We're already looking forward to see your builds!
Some YouTube footage of the mechanism in action (old video):
for technical reasons, we have the following things that are required for an track
- boost pads using orange and light blue wool
- the track itself using all colors of stained_hardened_clay or clay, and all colors of stained_glass (possible since alpha 2)
We look forward to seeing what you've come up with!
