Welcome to the official Banjo Kazooie Project page!
About the game: Was developed for the Nintendo 64 in 1998 by Rareware. It has multiple entries in the series "Banjo Kazooie (N64/Xbox360/Switch), Banjo Tooie (N64/Xbox360), Banjo Kazooie Grunty's Revenge(Gameboy Advance), Banjo Pilot (Gameboy Advance), & Banjo Kazooie Nuts & Bolts (Xbox360)"(WIKI)
The Story: In a region called Spiral Mountain, Banjo's sister Tooty is kidnapped by Gruntilda the witch, who wants to steal Tooty's beauty for herself, and Banjo and Kazooie must save her. The goal is to progress through Gruntilda's lair and the various worlds within it, collect items such as golden jigsaw pieces and music notes that allow Banjo and Kazooie to progress through their quest, and defeat Gruntilda. At the final battle, she is knocked off of her castle-like lair and is trapped beneath a boulder. The game has a central focus on 3D platforming challenges, in conjunction with action-adventure game elements as well as a large variety of puzzles.(WIKI)
About the Project:
This project started back in 2009 in the early days of minecraft. I have been working on and off, lost it multiple times and still managed to remake it countless times. It will try to mimic the gameplay of the original game with level designs, music, abilities, bosses as close as possible. The music will be redone in a synthetic orchestra format rather than what I originally went with a few years ago (Minecraft noteblocks).
The current state of the project is set to 50% atm, though it will change when I start working on other bits of the map. Its no longer near 100% as I have redone the resource pack and pruned out all old texture and model works in favor of new resources I have started from scratch. In the end it should look fantastic when finished. Keep an eye out on it by joining my discord server or by subscribing to my Youtube channel.
That looks very nice! It's ashame you lost it :sad.gif: I loved this game!
Thanks, I did have a backup of it on a usb stick. But that vanished from my room :/ lol So now i have this new map backed up on my dropbox/mediafre/usb stick #2
Like i suggested, do the wheat. Also, you could do without the bottles and jamjars holes and completely build grunties bridge if your doing her entire lair.
Speaking of, you should just get up to making Spiral Mountain and then do the download link. Then do a "With Grunties lair" and "Lair and Isle of Hags."
And well, since your doing the actual games. Isle of Hags should be easy...
I think there are maps online you could use too...

The wheat is not working out.
Really? It looks fine to me in the pictures. Granted, they aren't fully grown, but with some texture packs it actually does work, quite well.
Looks like your doing them in the condition of a game to game basis too. Nuts and Bolts has a hole through the hat that's perfectly round [tee hee... fat grunty], as well as the HAG1 holes.
Oh, and don't map it too deep, it might mess up the ores and caves. yes, it's Banjo Kazooie, but i'd like something to do too.

The problem with the wheat is it's dying. Even though there is water source near and under it. This was a custom flat map that I downloaded. There are no ores or caves. At least in the area that was made flat. I'm not really adding in anything related to nuts & bolts. The reason is I never played it and don't plan on to. Neither own the system as well. Lol. I prefer my good ol' N64. :tongue.gif:

I have uploaded a new picture of the project. Almost done. Just have to finish the mountains for the small map release. Then i continue into Gruntilda's lair. (Map expansion[same map but will be seamless])

Also, I had the same problem. I was making the Paper Mario games, but my computer died and I lost it all.
Now I have it backed up in 3 different places
best of luck and great idea
Thanks. I plan to update the pictures later on today.
