Okay I started working on the first intersection of my map:) It certainly is not done, but here is a screeny on it in its current state! Feel free to leave feedback!

The floor definitely needs to ease into the walls better. Otherwise, the color choices look fairly solid.
I feel like for Elementrix I need to dial back the Spectacle Creep that's become so prevalent in Minecraft Maps these days. But here's some screencaps.
No but seriously, its a nice quaint little intersection, though i do think you could make it a tiny bit bigger
That's kind of exactly what I'm talking about with spectacle creep though.
I mean, your intersection isn't bad, but did you feel like you NEEDED to make it that big?

actually yes, because i wanted it that big therefore its a need because my map
Big intersections should contain secrets, or at the very least, hidden loot. I understand this 'spectacle creep', but big smexy areas are good if done right :3
spectacle creep doesn't exist in CTM maps
bad area design does, and not filling your big areas is bad area design. areas are larger so that they can contain more gameplay, but spectacle creep is about mechanics themselves, which you can't alter that much inside of CTM other than custom mobs and loot

gg Apollo, gg
This is the first intersection of the map I've started BTW. It's not coming out anytime soon, just so you know.
And someone posted a really nice looking one at the same time as me... I no longer feel so proud. Yours looks really go though Smeagolow. I'm just not sure about how the cracked brick looks with the andesite. Perhaps smooth double stone slabs would look better? I'm not really all that great with suggesting block variation.
While we're on the subject of intersections... feedback pl0x?
Not entirely happy with the solid polished andesite walls, gonna add variation later prolly.
Is that the first intersection in Blitz? I remember a long time ago you made a video introducing Blitz and that intersection looks a lot like the one I saw on the video.

Yea it's intersection 1, and I'm pretty much finished with the areas branching from it. I want to work more on intersection 2 but the snapshot keeps crashing because of a falling sand entity mob spawner... So for now I'm just polishing intersection 1 areas. If it's still crashing in future snapshots I could try remaking the custom mob causing the issue.

I can't say much about the size of your intersection because it's hard to judge it fully from the pictures but Apollo's seems about the size of a normal intersection. Even looking at older maps (Vechs maps for example) they were usually around that size, give or take a little. (Though he did have some smaller intersections)
However, it's all situational. Some intersections will be smaller or larger depending on the feel of them.

I'd suggest renaming Lazuli depths to Azure Depths, just because it sounds better and means the same thing. Otherwise they all sound really good
Fun with the rules.
Fun with the Victory Monument area.
Extremely basic Intersection 1.

That's cute

Nice! I like your style. I think it shows nice structure design.
It's a little busier than I'm used to seeing in intersections. It looks very nice though.

It looks great though

Special thanks to Axl Rosie for the sig.
Apollo go and look at the first screenshot on my thread, then you'll see that size of my intersections
pretty bad
