Edit: Wait no-one said they are excited for my map that hasn't been officially announced and has been barely started and like 2 people know of it? I am disappoint! (that was a joke by the way)
Yeah i know the feeling Simu, no one is hyped for my map and its 90% complete, Chiefwiggy has sadface ;(
What map are you most looking forward to? (Still in development)
So many! Disarray, TGP2, Forgotten, Legend of the lost lagoon, Vech's new type of map he mentioned in his closer of his dev com, Septum Immorial, Dreadsky Depths, ED4, Temporal Chaos, The painter and all the others i forgot because im sure i did forget something im pumped for!
Really looking forward to Synquential, Disarray, Legend of the Lost Lagoon, and Dreadsky Depths right now. That's all the explicitly pops to mind, though I'm well aware of others
I listen to a lot of Folk and Americana when mapping, along with some indie rock. Bands include Wild Child, The Decemberists, Death Cab for Cutie, and Gregory Allen Isakov.
Lol, Minecraftforums are totally screwing me over with their signature size limits :/ I was kinda proud of my Arcane Tales 2 siggy...
728 x 100. Remember the number in your head. Channel it through your keyboard.
In all seriousness, the height limit is necessary to prevent redundancy. If your signature was too tall it would simply end up needing a scroll bar, which would mean people only seeing the top little bit of your sig.
This is all they'd see - the rest would be hidden and require scrolling to reveal. As you can see, it's not exactly going to attract clicks.
Community Question: What type of music do you listen to while map making?
I like to listen to 80's Rock, Electronic or Inspiration music
But i would like some suggestions from you all so i can widen my music Variety
Ok, this is gonna be a long list:
Bleed OST
FEZ OST
Kevin MacLeod
Machinima Sound
Portal 2 OST
Rogue Legacy OST
Ronald Jankees
Super Castlevania IV
Super Metroid
Super Meat Boy OST
Tower of Heaven OST
PPPPPP (VVVVVV OST)
You're the Best by Joe Eposito
Spanish Flea by Herb Alpert & The Tijuana Brass
Metroid Prime
I also listen to RIVERSIDE (tribute) by Bob Log III
And also Jake Chundow's music
There, I think I covered everything.
What map are you most looking forward to? (Still in development)
Ragecraft 2, VF3, Syncequential, and Septum Immoriel, and ED4, and Corpeh's map. Even though it may seem like it I am not the biggest RomHack hard map fan ever...

Before I answer, I'd like to point out the incredibly obvious and facepalm-inducing typo in your signature.
Now that I've got that out of the way...
Two Steps from Hell is my #1 go-to for when I want to listen to music, really regardless of the situation. I listened to "For the Win" while carrying the black wool back to the Monument in UT3, and the music synced up to what I was doing almost perfectly. I also like the Super Meat Boy OST, Portal 2 OST, Tribes Ascend OST (not as well known, but still very good music,) and occasionally, if I'm feeling gutsy, I'll listen to some of the Amnesia: TDD OST, specifically the Brennenburg theme. It's just got a tone and balance to it that's hard to beat.
More recently, I've been listening to an unreleased album that I got through special connections and I can't tell you about. :3
Having a hard time naming a WIP map. Community question for mappers:
How did you got the idea for your map name?
I actually started with a fairly generic name for Dreadsky Isles which eventually morphed into what it is today. It used to be called "Isles of Dread." I decided a ways in that I didn't really like that name, and through a bit of messing around with words (the map is a sky map, "Dread" sounded better before "Isles", "Dread"+"Sky"+"Isles,") I remade it into something that sounded better.
I'd suggest coming up with a simple description of your map, then messing around with the words a bit and hopefully coming up with something you can use.

<3 Chiefwiggy
Since you got ignored id thought id say it looks very good! In the last one though some obsidian designs in the nether brick might look nice

I corrupted Latin.
And speaking of maps, new picture!
The Planetarium of Argus
-snipped out-
Any ideas for further stuff would be hugely appreciated, this section's definitely not done yet, but it definitely needs some spicing up.
Also, wanted to draw your attention to a DIFFERENT type of CtM, "Diversity" by QMagnet.

If I were to narrow it down: corpeh's map VF3, SI
I knew I shouldn't have repeeked at this thread! Now I'm getting the urge to play more CTM... #notime
Isn't there a rule for a minimum of 3 words per post?
Oh man, i've done it, I'm gonna die
Oh yeah, was there program that changed the maps to image?
I kinda forgot about it and it may be useful.
The Painter.
