Now that I've finished reformatting the Upcoming Maps list, I've decided to reduce my work on this thread to only one day a week; from now on (until I change my mind!) I will only be coming on the account on Thursdays.This is so that I can commit better to the thread and will involve me doing checks on the Upcoming Maps and New Releases lists once a week while I update the reviews.
(This doesn't mean i won't be hanging around on my own personal account, so I'll still be here for admin discussions, map discussions, review discussions and whatever!)
It also means I can pursue more CTM maps in both playing and making without having to worry about putting up any new reviews every day. But keep the reviews coming, as there are still 4 other admins! And continue to fill in the Upcoming Maps forms and I'll ensure to get a list of things I need to do made before each Thursday comes along.
Quick question, who would like to see a Death Valley-inspired area, with a bunch of deserted roads and such, along with crevices, ravines, and even a single structure for a starting area? I'm creating a CTM map at the moment and want some feedback on my concepts. Note that the area will have a few blaze spawners scattered around, and it would be expansive.

Because they're upside down, and it makes it perfect for not being annoying so you have to jump 24/7 But this area is just started, I still need to add more bridges and the wool area, AND VINES. VINES EVERYWHERE >:3
/cs build command, for a detailed list on each command
Thanks! This is really helpful
@Karrott Gnome's map.
@Harrison[bunch of random numbers] Sounds interesting, but how would you keep the game from getting boring and explorey?
Alright, I think that the area I just released pictures of could use some sprucing up, so I'm going to ad some iron bar vines (vine brush + replace vines iron bars) and a floor to the void bit. Tell me what you think when I put the pictures up!

The map is based on different peoples build on the mindcrack server if you didnt know! I was asking which mindcracker that this area was in relation to.
Also this is Com572's first solo video on HalfPixels channel :). Hes a master at pain water.
Yet again, really unlucky. The hint is practically a less than subtle way of telling you the exact place (not location) of the intersection. The only things in your path are extra loot, slightly on the weaker side, except for one or two. The only real necessities are pretty much at the location of the dungeon, which is really just a trap gallery with monsters to tell you what's a trap. Unless you camp out at night, there is no reason you shouldn't get out there in about 15 minutes, and that's if you only actually try to fight them. Anyways, Victory Display pictures coming soon.

Additional Info on Display:
The display itself is based off of displays for clothing in stores to attract the customer's attention.
The bedrock bar is an additional monument piece, and you only get one bedrock per goal block. Other than honor, and maybe a spot on the future thread, it doesn't do much.
The jukebox is the only block that wasn't necessary to put in the map that I could think of that matched with the brown wool, so that is what happened. The number was even at first, and I didn't want that.

He's also the only one with a special texture pack, rendering the cave spiderps. Probably others are fighting invisible spiderps with only their eyes visible.

How'd he get that? Sorry, I'm still catching up on that LP. D:
Every bloody CTM map series boasts that it's bigger, longer, and harder than other CTM series. It's almost as if it's a **** measuring contest. (bigger, longer, harder...)
That episode was awesome You can't kill Rock, he does it on his own.
Question on Terraforming toolkit: I'm able to bind command to a tool, but when I right click (or left click, I tried both) nothing happens... Help?
I am relieved. I thought you would dislike it :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
@Karrott Really? He's pretty awesome.

Why are the tops of all of those leaves flat? That seems a bit boring, IMO.

1. You can decode those numbers by using the lookalike cipher. At least that's what I call it.
2. You'd only be really unlucky if you didn't get to the intersection/wool within at most an hour, I'm going to give a hint at the start of the map.
Yeah, but an hour's a long time...
