No bump is needed. I'm pretty sure bumps are bannable.

Anyways, I'm going to bed for now. I'll devote a lot of time later and get in at least 100 more map series on the 2nd post, which should bring the total to 150 as well as make me wonder if I should put that list in a spoiler or not. Wheee decisions!
I just assumed you have either abandoned or just were really slow.
Edit: If you are beta testing the map, definitely count me in.
And of course. As mentioned, once I1 is totally done, progress should speed. I did lose a big chunk when my hard drive died though, so I'm playing catchup now.
Here's a picture of my progress for the wool I'm working on anyway, for proof and stuff. It's not in its final location (And it's in a separate map atm, but the final thing will be suspended over void in a cave made of Stone Brick, Cobble, Glowstone, and something else)
Deffo I want I1 at least to be really really polished before I go on, anyway.

Is there a way to evenly distribute blocks when making something in MCEdit or any other minecraft-editing-map making-thingy?

Well, I just use the Random feature of the Brush to comb over everything using those blocks. The Random Blocks filter from Sethbling is pretty helpful for that too.
The Glowstone will likely be less used though, so I'd give it a brush priority of about 7% and run it over the 50/50 Stone Brick/Cobble, and then give it a final comb over with, perhaps Mossy Stone/Mossy Stone Brick afterwards. I can't now, as I'm busy, but I'll post final appearances when it's all done.
Lovin' the op. Just a suggestion, though: on the second list, you should add a color to symbolize maps that are in a beta state, though that might be hard to keep up with.

Beta colors is over kill. He can't be checking his long list of maps all the time.

I don't agree that it's overkill. What he could do instead of listing all the betas is only list the ones that people mention in the thread. Or just create a new list to put beta maps, still with the requirement of having them posted in the thread.
EDIT: Plus, with the [CTM] tag, it's easy enough to go through all the CTM map threads.
Bug off and get working on that map you never work on.
WHAT?!
Danger zone.
What do you do?

I am actually Timetoslide gave me a huge boost, and I'm refining that and getting it prepare. Beta release of I1+Part of I2 soon!

Working a bit on my map, not much though.

I really like this so far, it's interesting, different, and compelling.
