I don't have the time or skill to make a mop with this, but upon fiddling around with command blocks in survival I found it was annoying to have a clock on a command block set to give you several items.
The idea would a be a small-ish map (maybe 4-ish chunks square), that would have a bedrock wall and ceiling around it. The bedrock should be retextured to look transparent. (similar to Ant Farm Survival); the difference being that out of player's control would be a command block on a clock that would give all players 4 items (say, diamonds. just to make them mad)
the small space would prevent item destruction (no cacti/lava), and it would fill the player's inventory and really challenge the ability to maintain organization.. or something.
