True. But enotho, I think you should include a tips guide for players that don't want to spoil the map for themselves, but instead wants to just get a couple of tip and tricks usable for all super hostile maps.

Every bloody CTM map series boasts that it's bigger, longer, and harder than other CTM series. It's almost as if it's a **** measuring contest. (bigger, longer, harder...)
This.I also think the walkthrough I'm making is not too good for some uses, it reveals too much.
I'm think of making a website instead with more thought through walkthroughs which doesn't reveal too much, if people are interested. The website will also include stats like a chest database, spawner locations, etc.
Yup, if you look at who's given reputation to the thread, he's the second to do so.

I like that idea. But why not rate the difficulty of the map as a whole? Some might 1 to find an easy map to play, or some might 1 something challenging. They can refer to your guide.
Reading your Sea of Flames guide, it's honestly way too detailed. The introduction outlining how to climb up to the tree block by block? Come on, that's a little over the top. On the other hand, the map and ratings (although I completely disagree with them) are very useful.

There's already a difficulty rating on the original Super Hostile thread for each map, I guess I could just copy that over.

Thanks for the feedback, I know this is a bit of a bad guide for some uses, that's why I want to make a more detailed one on the website, but with individual components, i.e. a page for chests and items, a page for locations, a page for tips, etc.
I just read your Sea of Flames guide in its full length (I'd just checked out the intro, VM and red and black wool). I hereby demand a cookie for having completed Shut. Up. Spiders. Augh! on the fun path. I don't ever want to do it again.
More on topic, for Infernal Sky, I would HIGHLY recommend going to the floating-house place (the name escapes me) first when you reach intersection 1. It's an insanely difficult area, but just bridge over towards the first house with 4 dispensers, pillar up close to them so you don't get shot, and enjoy your loot of 36 stacks of arrows, easily enough to last you the entire map.

Thanks for the tip, I almost overlooked that myself when I played it!
It seems it was unintended by Vechs to have such a large, easily obtainable arrow source. There's something similar near the end of Sea of Flame II.

You mean battle for molten depths?

That's it. Even worse, it's even accessible straight from the start. Unless it's intended, I think Vechs should probably update that area.
Nah, to get to the arrows you have to get past loads of hostile mobs but anyways that's the beauty of open-world maps right?
But, when are you gonna update the thread?

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I would really like to see this updated more. Guides are great, keep up the good work!
Thank you, the guide's been too much for me to work on lately.
I may be able to make a website for it in the future, with more resources then just a do-this walkthrough.

Hey, I was wondering what I could do to help with the thread. I've no real Super Hostile training because my computer is too laggy to play, but I've studied others play the game. Hoping to hear from Enotho. BTW, Pieluvr couldn't you help if somebody started up a page? Anyways, if anyone has posted anything like what this is and is still continued, I would like itf you could mention it. Thanks, Technic.

Hey there, all. I stream CTMs as well as other indie games, Minecraft servers and probably that's it. I'm your supreme overlord too so I command you to CHECK ME OUT: www.twitch.tv/techniclepanther
Hey, should I do Waking Up next then? Or Inferno Mines?
Waking up sounds nice. Btw, have u told the creator of super hostile bout this guide? He might put this guide link on the super hostile main page!
TT2000, you are genius.
