The Defenders is an arcade/PvE style minigame Minecraft Map where you must defend a villager hidden inside a fortified castle from hoards of zombies. To assist you in this will be pre-setup defenses already made for you, elements such as lava pits, walls, fire, cannons, will all help you while defending the villager. The only way to win is to defeat all the zombies in every wave. If you or the villager dies, you lose.
To start, you will need to set the settings to how you desire (number of lives, waves, difficulty, etc). You will also need to choose a kit to fight with. There are 7 of them. **Tip: try combining kits
Once you complete one game of 7+ waves, you unlock the modifiers hallway, which opens you up to a large selection of different modifiers that will enhance your gameplay of this map.
This map is both singleplayer and multiplayer compatible. I do advise, if you choose to play this on a server, that you check the server information book so it will function propertly on a server. Do be aware of lag.
If you spot any bugs, please report them to me here, and please feel free to record a gameplay of this on Youtube, as long as you credit me, Chhistenn, and let viewers download this.
Just spotted a bug within the newly reformed teamed mode, if you're using that, just redownload it, probably should even if you don't as I made a few improvements aside from that while I was at it
--Made some serious reformations to Teamed Mode, since before the old Teamed Mode, players who were zombies were bound to win, but now it's much much more balanced between the two sides
--Fixed a couple bugs regarding the modifiers, like with the Slime Invasion modifier
--Made easy mode more easier, normal mode more normal, and hard mode more harder
--And yes, I've heard Exorcist-level horror stories about the lag in this game, so I've reduced the lag quite a bit, including but not limited to making less zombies spawn in later waves
I've also been made aware that you could abuse the gold system in where you could buy as many golden apples as you want, and honestly I don't really care if you do that. I don't really want "limit" to be an aspect on this game
