I Love this Map! Its so good I will rate each track individually (Excluding Bonus tracks, I haven't unlocked the 3 beta tracks yet)
SPOILERS AHEAD
Sapling Cup
Presidio 7.5/10 = Short and sweet, but maybe should be livelier
River Valley 8/10 = Very nice looking track. A bit boring but the overall aesthetic is quite nice.
Seaside Village 7.5/10 = This track is quite creative, but the pipe section is tricky to navigate, especially in Mirror mode
Highlight Stadium 7/10 = The Track is a simple oval track, but Again, the aesthetic is great and some clear effort was put into it, especially in mirror mode, where the Track takes place in a completely different area!
Rose Cup
Laeto Forest 7.25/10 = This one can get confusing at times. Especially in mirror mode where there's a fence in the middle of the road. Aesthetic is still great though.
Petra Mountains 8/10 = I need to stop with the aesthetic parts because all the tracks have great and appealing scenery, like this one. The way the track changes is also pretty cool, and the jump sections are challenging but in a fun way.
Magna Desert 8.25/10 = The cave sections are very creative and cool. The lava and cobwebs make great scenery and challenge. and how the sand changes to prismarine in mirror mode is just genius.
Cinder Caverns 9/10 = This is such a lively track! The city and mine cart tracks look amazing, and the section that takes place above the town is simply breathtaking. To summarize. This Genius map creator made an ENTIRE community underground!!! One of the best tracks by far.
Not rating the mushroom cup, or Walrus Cove because they are remakes of Mario kart tracks and a DKR track and are mostly the same as the originals, but I'll give the tracks an overall rating of 8.5/10 ,since they are all mostly the same in quality.
Jungle cup
Log mill 9/10 = This one honestly has the best aesthetic of every track in this map and the track design is also quite creative. Riding through a giant hollow log, following mine carts carrying chests, and the backdrop of the Jungle just make this racetrack for me! 9/10!!
Redstone Factory 8.5/10 = This is the sequel to Toad's Factory that we needed! Just, WOW. You go through different sections each lap, like Incendia castle, a custom track for Mario Kart Wii. You go through many twists and turns and You just want to explore the factory instead of racing it. the only thing preventing this track from becoming a 9 is that it is confusing at some points throughout.
The Dragon 7/10 = I was expecting this to be some cool nether track, but sadly got less. I like the roller coaster idea, but running up and down and up and down really kills your speed and it's just annoying. The well designed carnival setting saves it from being a 6 though.
Suspension Mountain 7.75/10 = I really like the climb up the mountain. It is very creative, but the thing that kills the track for me is the annoying jumps, I might just be bad, but They can get frustrating.
Finally, The Orchid cup
Highlight City 8/10 = The city scenery is really great. The separate route through the subway is also really cool and creative.
Sakura City 8.75/10 = This one might be a bit biased because I love Japanese culture (not anime) and aesthetics, but the scenery is just pretty!!! I have to give this a 9, but to cancel out the bias I lessened the score a bit
Hurricane Islands 8.5/10 = I have never read the books, but the idea of a bunch of floating islands with different themes is quite cool! I really like this one!
TLDR: Overall rating 8.5/10. Sorry for the wall of text.
If you are putting this in a cup It should be in the lightning cup (blaze rod)
Also a small question, how do you change the weather? it always says invalid number. I'm fine with the track as is but I just want to know in case I make a track that needs lightning or rain as an aesthetic.

Thanks for the submission! It'll be in the next map update, whenever that happens.
Acceptable values for the weather command include "clear" "rain" and "thunder". So that's "/weather clear" for example. If you hit tab while making any command, the game will suggest the possible names and values you can use.
I was doing time trials when the map glitched out on me and It didn't teleport me back to the menu when I selected the option from the bow menu, and now I'm stuck on the track, could you give me the coordinates for the big room with the tripwires? thanks in advance

I absolutely LOVE this map. I love Mario Kart, and I love minecraft. Putting them both together is perfect!
I do, however, have a few issues:
1. That custom track feature, it works pretty good. However, I built it, put down nodes (yes, I did it properly. I made sure), and tested it, and it worked perfectly. It was listed in the Custom list and was playable, but eventually I went to play it with my brother, it wasn't there. I only noticed this happen once, but it's still worth mentioning. (Discovered in Realms)
2. The Dragon map is a bit broken. If one player dies, everyone dies and respawns at their previous checkpoints. (Discovered in Realms, LAN, server, and I noticed it happen on a PopularMMo's video)
3. Once, I got stuck at one point of the menu. If I remember right, it was the point where you choose your GP. (Noticed in singleplayer)
4. In the same world as the previous issue I discovered, the icons fell off of whatever is holding them up. (Noticed in LAN)
I will update if i find anything else.
Now for the positive stuff.
I like the tracks. Probably the most important part of any racing game, is the tracks. Designed well, and some are difficult, like the mountain level, and that factory level. I also like how you included real Mario Kart tracks. GCN Daisy cruiser is actually one of my top 10 favorite courses of all time. So is N64 Bowser's Castle. I also noticed how you included a Diddy Kong Racing course? Interesting!
The items are interesting. I noticed you need to really time your attacks to hit the other player. not only because of the item's physics, but because of the other moving player can be unpredictable at times.
Battle mode is pretty fair. Overall, the stages are pretty good. One thing I would have liked to see is Icicle Pyramid, from Diddy Kong Racing. Or Maybe Smoky Castle. But now that I think of it, I can just build them myself.
The custom track designer is something I ALMOST wish Mario Kart would add. Easy to use once you have done it a couple of times.
Ok, I created GBA Bowser Castle 3, and after placing all the nodes, I needed to replace all the water with lava. I used MCEdit for that, but apparently that wasn't a good idea. After using MCEdit on the world, I started having issues.
Sorry for the 10 minute video, but I wanted to show as much as possible, and i didn't even think about testing other races until I did it.
About 5:30, I say it still faced the wrong way, although I was wrong about that, all of them still faced the same direction, so it would have spawned me facing that way nonetheless.
Thanks for reporting all of this, the video helped a lot! I'll look into the bugs you mentioned.
My best guess is that the scoreboard objective for player deaths isn't working properly (either that or the health objective). It seems like the game is giving you a bow while you're still dead, which shouldn't be possible since it won't give a new bow until the player has an health score greater than 0 (meaning they are alive/respawned). Players are also set in the position of the nearest checkpoint at the same instant a new bow is given.
Were the bow/respawning issues happening before you used MCEdit on your world?
Also the track you made is really cool, you should submit it for the next community update!
Wow, this is really fun.
This map is so enjoyable, even in single-player! All of those tracks were fun to sprint through.
It's fantastic!
how do i put the texture pack on my server

so I have to ignore the seconds? Because when I do, the command just gives me the syntax and no error.
(its in the command block btw)
Yeah, leave out the seconds. You don't need to put a number after "/weather clear" because "doWeatherCycle" is disabled anyway.

[23:01:01] Usage: /weather <clear|rain|thunder> [duration in seconds]
If this is a bug It should be fixed soon
