Well I just kinda wanna show and ask what others think of this idea, it is 90% complete and I won't give the download just yet. It is a survival map based around an idea of a LAN server for you and your friends to spice things up a little bit. It is based around 1-4 players. I worked on it with speed in mind, it is mostly unbreakable but if someone really wanted to they probably could, so trust is needed.
You start off in an area that gives you a chest and an option. The option is 1 of 3 game modes of coarse. Then you click a button. That when all the gears start grinding, game rules are set. The majority of the rules are entity cramming, a scoreboard, but other things happen too, the set of spawn, message, 1-3 spawn area chance, and a few other minor details.
Once started, you will teleport in the main server hall. Walling down the hall you will see multiple rooms. These rooms include:
Player teleport room to player spawns,
Achievement room (you can deactivate what ever ones you don't want in creative)
Server shop (5 areas which you can unlock threw the achievement room)
Player shop area (unlockable threw ach. room, and you can make custom shops based around plug in if you use as a server, mod if LAN, redstone or just plan trust)
Casino (need to make flint n steel to enter and drop into a dropper to activate, uses diamonds odds are 1-3)
Wither Safe Arena (unlockable threw ach. room)
End Portal Room (unlockable threw ach. room)
At the end of the hall is a area where you can teleport to a unsafe PvP area on top of the mountain which the hall is built in.
There also is a teleport to a mini game in which you can gain a currency in the game (which you normally can gain by trading diamonds in for credit in the server shop)
When you use the player teleport area in which you use to teleport to 1 of 3 possible start locations, which are decided on server start) in the middle of each spawn location there is a pad to teleport back to the server hub. In the area, this is where all the survival comes out. So know you know where to build.
The server shop consists of multiple items you can buy. It takes wealth for each item and most of the time, it's not worth it as a long term use. It's basically a way to get some item you wouldn't normally get that could help with decorations which may include items like the two known as podzol and mycelium. You may also get items which sometime are just stupid not to find but you can't just find due to bad luck, so items like melons and cactus are there. Also a reminder, those items can be bought, but can be every pricey.
The achievement room consists of 11 total achievements. Each one done by placing in the correct amount of items placed in the box in the room, which is filtered.
The mini game is a dome arena which you fight winged wither skeles that have angels hair. kill the within the 4 wave limit and gain a reward of wealth is the end. It isn't safe, you can lose you items, do at your own will.
The 3 possible spawn biomes are Mesa crater, Jungle Island, or a winter waste land.
Only things need done is pvp touch up on teraforming, mini game needs small quick changes, a few bug fixes. Nothing too big.
