Yes, it is an MCedit filter made by CrushedPixel. Here's the link to his video:

The filter works for 1.8, but I don't know if it works for 1.9 and up.

It's been a while. If you came from my other thread hello again! No updates for now but I have an urgent question. If you played this Assassin's Creed map way back when did you ever get to the Bonus level, bonus room, and Quiz at the end? Also did anyone collect all the Orbs? I'm really curious because no one ever told me if they did or not. I worked really hard on that bonus stuff and I know you all would have fun with it. Now I just want some feeling of completion.
