When I get to the villager with mushroom soup in his hand, I right clicked him with my enchanted sword and he stole it! I got mushroom soup instead!!! I couldn't get it back!!!
The helmet isnt necessarily in a chest per se Jaboochki(accidentally didnt put the quote in ther and cant put it in here ), but who has the helmet. I wonder who's helmet this is; and if he/she would be willing to give it for anything they want...
Ohhhhhh, Bob's wearing it isn't he? I have a question, do NPCs have quests? just wondering, I haven't gotten too far on the map. Is there something I can do to get the helmet? (so many questions right?)
I really want to recommend Terra Restore 2, and have been having some fun playing it, but I can't find myself to find the want to finish this map or play any more of it. The only real challenge of this map is to figure out how you're going to spam left click fast enough to kill the metric-ton of mobs that it pours on you at once without either A) Getting killed yourself or Getting pushed off a high ledge from them and dying.
Example:
Another thing about this map that I don't like is not being in survival during the "overworld" sections. I feel that this only limits how creative you can be to deal with the mobs. I could see this working a LOT better if you could at least put down torches and/or break spawners. One final piece of feedback is that I have for you... I feel that there's not enough weapon variety. I've been using the enchanted Bob's Sword (wood sword) since a little after the beginning of the game and haven't found another since (I was attempting to get the 4th wool). For those of you who haven't played the map you may ask, "why don't you just craft a better sword?" I can't because this map uses the 1.8 mechanics for the swords and is build around that (it gives you +1024 attack speed, but if you craft a sword you don't get that)
All in all, you're doing a great job and I like where this is going, but I just can't recommend it at this time. I will say that the story is great, the music is great and the cut scenes and other stuff are very innovative. I get that the map is still in alpha, and I'll be looking forward to its next release. Thanks for making this map.
Mithey, you say that in minecraftmaps.com that we can place the terra restore 2 map in some sort of way and we don't have to replay it at the start like you released alpha 1 and I want to play alpha 3 but how do it replace it? How?
P/s: Hope you understand what I'm talking about, sorry Englisg is not my main language.

You just download the map with the appropriate amount of dungeons completed. If you already did the first 7 dungeons then you would download the file which has 7 areas complete. There are signs at the start which fill you in and also mention that there is gear and what not in the monument area.
Hello Mthey, me and my friend Tmtravlr played the map Terra Restore 2....It was a rather fun map, although we did encounter some bugs.
For example: Not sure if the game is supposed to clear our levels every time we die.
Anyhow, major map bugs are as follows:
1. In the first terra restore where we meet aria and her brother (not sure of the area itself} we were locked onto adventure mode for some reason....
2. It was storming when we played near the village (not recalling the name off the top of my head, town with spider problems), and the "Elder" villager was struck by lightning...removing him from the custscene with our return.
3. After the Village Offensive section in the massive city, we kept randomly reactivating the cutscenes on occasion, I'm still not sure why.

I can't really understand what're you talking, can you simplify it somehow?

There's a pretty good weapon in the Haunted Forest, somewhat hard to get to, but amazing with the boss and a good weapon in general. In the next intersection/city, there are some weapons you can get and not just in the shop.
One, sometimes after a cutscene, I stay invisible, have high speed, and can't get speed debuffs Ex: Precision Bow
Logging off and dying will remove it though.
There is a grammar error on the item Mr.Bone's Fishing Rod. The apostrophe should be after the s as Mr. Bone's Fishing Rod would technically be as " The Fishing rod of Mr Bone" not Mr .Bones
Also, when I died (specifically to the Arena Tank) I lost my health boost I got from the Village Elder.
V0.3.5 of the map should be up there soon which just fixes a bunch of minor issues:
*New welcome message when you log into the world
*Better hopper clock reliability for just a couple of things if for example a player logs off right in the middle of certain boss fights/events
*Added another part to the resource pack info message saying you may disable the resource pack if you don't want the music
*Added another part to the first area info box under the tree reminding the player that you can click spam +1024 attack speed weapons
*Added message onto the first terra restore saying you put them on the monument
*Nerfed the health of the mobs in the storage room event slightly
*Changed name of game options book to traveler's book, added text saying keep one on you at all times, and added some general debug info
*Added sign to monument saying set your render distance to 5+ before placing wool
*If you lose to the tutorial boss fight you now still progress
*Nerfed the amount of ghosts spawning in the tutorial boss fight
*Added note to the first swords saying +1024 attack speed weapons don't require attack timing
*Added a note to spawn on a multiplayer bug where the map's music won't stop due to a 1.9 bug which can cause multiple songs to be played at the same time

Were you in a town or the overworld? You can't go into survival mode while in towns or the overworld.

Edit: Sorry for that double post
Unfortunately that first bug is a Minecraft bug which will also make your character invincible to knockback. The lower your render distance the more you will run into that bug.
I was going from a town to the overworld, the custscen that reactivated had the villager with the diamond sword talking about the corrupted area, how quickly it was destroyed and whatnot
Very good job on Terra Restore 2. I got hooked on to this one for a good long while.
As for the "corrupted area cut-scene" reactivation that Akitori is talking about, it seems to happen whenever you reenter it's activation area, which is unfortunately also in a part of the Patreon stairs.
#2 Can you give me a clue about the diary in the second area? I can't quite figure it out......
The diary gives out 3 different set of instructions that has to happen in a certain part of the area for something to appear. One set of the instructions has to be done in order.
I need help for Terra Restore 2 please. I have just ended the part where I get cursed and Exiel gets taken away on a ghast, but where do I go now? I can't remember what they had said.... Help?

Basically head back to the monument. ^^ You're actually basically at the end of the current map version release too.
1. Gentle river(lvl 2) can you give me a clue on one of the blue treasures? (Got the challenge and the fisherman)
That one is a bit tricky. All I will say is that it's near the beginning of that level, guardians are a pain in the ass, and don't forget to look up every now and then.

This is the best custom map ever!
Big Bug!!!

Also what specific cut scenes reactivated?
If you have already completed the first 7 dungeons before then you download this map file: http://www.mediafire.com/download/c3p3cunrcvk3a49/Terra Restore 2 - v0.3.3 Alpha Release for Minecraft Version 1.9 - 7 areas complete.zip

#1 How do you get Bob's helmet from Bob?
#2 Can you give me a clue about the diary in the second area? I can't quite figure it out......
You give mushroom stew to Bob (throwing it at him) and he gives you it.
Can't figure out the diary either

I know I've been asking a lot of questions but.......
1. Gentle river(lvl 2) can you give me a clue on one of the blue treasures? (Got the challenge and the fisherman)
2. Could you be a little more precise about the diary? if you can't, can you tell me where to start at least?
Thanks :3

Wait. So once I'm back at the monument I'm done? If so that was my problem. 2 other things.
1. This has become my favorite adventure map ever. XD
2. I thought I read somewhere that I could craft the Iron, Gold, and Diamond blocks and they would work. Was I mistaken?
