Download "Dome World.zip"
Open it with Winrar
Move the File named "Dome World" onto your desktop
Search "%appdata%"
Open ".minecraft"
Open "saves"
Drag it into there!

Not Sure what boxed survival is, but I was trying to make a combination of the Wheel of Misfortune and World in a Bottle
