Built on Minecraft 1.7.10 Vanilla

6 Challenging levels with an Epic Boss fight.

Estimated time to beat: 1-2 hrs of gameplay

Must be played on survival mode because of some intended mechanics in the End game that require certain blocks to break via monster spawn. Must be played on either Easy,Medium, or Hard mode.Best if played with no mods active (especially ones that change the unbreakable properties of bedrock)

This is a Dungeon map with some aspects of Parkor and Puzzles All in all the object of this map is to escape the Dungeon.

Working on Lake Doom should be about twice as large as this map and will be played in adventure mode.

Going to be releasing V1.3 of this map tonight.

Map updates will include:

-a couple typo fixes

-A fix for a trip wire bypass exploit in level 2

-A couple fixes for the last level that in certain cases can prevent the player from progressing.

-Will upgrade the standard bow found in the last safety room to an enchanted bow.

Updated to version 1.3

Things to look forward to in Lake Doom

- A currency system with shops to upgrade your gear

- An Adventure map 2-3 times larger than that of the Dungeon of Doom

- Even more challenges that could keep you busy for hours!

- Epic mob battles and epic boss fights!

- A story line that will completely cover the reason for being in the dungeon of doom in the first place.

Lake Doom is going to take a while to complete. It is however coming along nicely! It will be an outdoor adventure map with many challenges to face!

Ok......THAT WAS SO FUN! I love the layout of the map and level 6 is AMAZING. I like how you have to get the last wither skull to make the wither. That was hard but fun! I am very much looking foward to the next map lake doom. Great Map,

Lake Doom map is about 1/4th of the way completed Just figured I would give you guys a status update on it. I should have the game in testing within about a week or two.

Lake Doom is now a little over half way done. I expect alpha testing to happen around a week from now. I think you guys are really going to love Lake Doom It literally puts The Dungeon of Doom to shame. It is 3-4 times larger, has a currency system with ways to earn more currency, an interactive trade system for upgrading your gear and utilizes Xp for enchantments. The challenges have twists and become harder as you progress. Plus there is a Nice story line to go with this game.

OK! Lake Doom is now in Alpha testing phase... So as soon as my alpha tester (Jomil) gives me his feedback I will make my adjustments and then Aricara will begin Beta testing it for me. I should have a final release hopefully within a week.

Update: Figured I would let you guys know that Lake Doom Alpha phase is taking a little longer than expected but should be nearing completion soon. However good news is that I will also be including a sound pack with this game that enhances the story line. That is also being tested currently. I will try to keep this thread updated as much as I can as soon as the information is available.

Alright Alpha testing on Lake doom is officially over and Beta testing is starting some time this weekend. I will be posting a new thread for Lake Doom once Beta testing is over So stay tuned!

Lake Doom update: Due to my Beta tester's busy schedule. The Beta will not be complete till probably Friday... I will Try to have the final release posted by Sunday this coming weekend.
