In this game, the randomly determined Doctor fights the randomly determined Infected Player. No one (except for himself) know who the Infected Player is. The Doctor is at the exterior of a room filled with partygoers, one of which is the Infected Player. The lights turn off about every 5 seconds, for 2 seconds. During this time, the Infected Player must kill players. The Doctor's job is to determine who is the Infected Player. When there are just three party-goers left (one of which is still the Infected Player), everyone is taken to a cell (except for the Doctor). There, the Doctor can guess who the Infected Player was. If he guess correctly, the Doctor wins. If not, the Infected Player wins.

1. Keep your brightness at the LOWEST setting (No longer needed, but still recommended for better gameplay)

9. Is a clock not going? Place a redstone torch on any of the redstone blocks in the ground
10. Flying on top of the wool building starts the game due to a bug. DO NOT fly on top of the wool building if you are in creative
At the end of the game the doctor has 1/2 chance of winning and so does the infected. This game would be a bit luck based. And the doctor might win even though he has no idea who the infected is.Also the buttons could be moved to the wall if you use a piston or repeater (unless something is there).

Nevermind, it seems to be working fine...
Maybe you want to add blindness to players or the doctor or the infected or all three when the light goes out so it is harder to see when the lights out. (I'm pretty sure it is still pretty easy to see if you try). Just in case you don't know or you're too lazy here is the command for blindness /effect @a 15 1000000 0 (it lasts for 1Million seconds and targets all players) or you could add blindness and nightvision which should make it almost impossible to see (nightvision has an ID of 16 (15 is blindness))

I see 2 hoppers clocks but nothing is inside them and it is not connected to anything (well not anything to do with items) (it is connected to a testfor @a[698,7,352,8] command block)
I see another 2 hoppers clocks with nothing in them that are not connected to anything item and are connected to a testfor @a[698,7,352,8] and a gamemode 3 @a[score_health=19,score_health_min=1] which is connected to a kill @a[score_health=19,score_health_min=1]
Some tweaks you can do:
Move the button when choosing the 'infected' back (so it looks better) using repeaters and copying the command in the closer command blocks and moving it to the side of the further one. (I have mentioned this before)
Instead of using a redstone torch and a block you can just use a redstone block (this makes it look better and easier to understand for people who are checking the redstone)
Give the doctor more room (It's really squishy)
I see a command with scoreboard objectives add health health I recommend you make it capital (for people with OCD)
Not all problems MUST be fixed. (I have some solutions of my own. I might tell you some tomorrow).

I was being a bit lazy... I should fix where you spawn

Also I think you should make the party room look better. Change the wool to wood or stone so it looks like it's someones house or a public party place. Move the lamps to the bottom then put stained glass over it (red and blue). Then add some furniture or paintings.

Ok. Moving the lamps to the bottom might be a bit difficult, but I'll see what I can do
The doctor is inside the room (but hard to kill. Command for the hard to kill: /effect DOCTOR 11 1000000 2 + /effect THE INFECTED 4 1000000 0 (Note: The Words In full capitals should be replaced (if you haven't figured that out already)))

Tip: use an AND Gate for this part.
I like it! Those will be added soon. I like the idea of having the doctor in the room to make it more difficult for the infected. Permanent blindness would be a cool feature.
