After spending roughly 6 hours on the map today doing this update I decided to go ahead and submit it before I leave for vacation. The features in this update vastly improve gameplay and fixes several long standing bugs.
Changes in this version:
Complete Rebalancing of Items
Lore on Most Items
Bosses improved for a better experience (still space out occasionally. A snapshot bug)
Added Guardians into the map. (Have fun)
Added a skip After Show button if you want to skip it.
Customized the mobs in Episode 3 to look like scientists.
Redstone fixes and optimizations
Aesthetics added
Much more...

Cleaned up the main post a bit. Made it look a bit nicer and fixed a few spelling mistakes. Also organized the videos now so that you can watch the different versions of the map if you want.

Just watched it and y'all did great. The slider puzzle was bugged for some reason. There was a second hopper but it got replaced by ice when the "Clear the field" button was pressed. I'm going to fix this and also try and work out a way to make it so the snowballs don't get stuck. This will be a quick patch for the 1.4 update. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm surprised no one else has said anything about it.

Well, I just checked it out and everything seems to be working fine for that puzzle. Not sure what happened in your playthrough but it seems that one of the command blocks was corrupted or something. Hopefully no one else has this issue.
Version 1.4 should have the issue fixed. Might release a very, very small update before I leave for vacation tomorrow. Just a few redstone tweaks and tiny bit of item balancing.

Back from vacation! Now I can continue work on Season 2! Thank you everyone who commented/downloaded the map while I was gone! It truly means a lot! Over the past week I have had time to think about the plot and how Exodus Season 2 will end. If I can do what I want, the whole adventure will be magnificent.

Yes. Keep Inventory is on by default. However if you really want to change it, alter the gamerule to false after selecting singleplayer or multiplayer. I would not recommend doing this because if you die, (And you will), zombies will equip your gear and become extremely overpowered. Thanks for playing!

Working on the map today. Decided to mess around with some ideas for a possible boss. What do you think of this guy?
This creature is fast and packs a powerful bite. However its aggro range is relatively small. So far this is the first successful custom boss/horror creature I've made for Season 2.
Thanks! The above picture doesn't really give it justice. Even in broad daylight, this thing is scary. It is very similar to a swarm of "creatures" that rip people apart. Just messing around with it, I was scared thinking about the horrors, players will face when they encounter them.
I've decided this is not a boss mob and is just one of the custom monsters you will face fairly early in the map. Hopefully I can give it custom sounds too. I will also mess around with the particles some more and try and make it even more menacing.
I like it. Maybe it doesn't fit the space theme though?
I been watching a few videos of Dragnoz lately and also believe that his system for skeletons equipping swords at melee would work great in your maps. ()
I would also quite like to beta-test season 2, if I can. (I got a lot of time so no worries)
Thanks! At first glance and looking at the mostly blank super-flat in the background, it does look out of place. However, this creature will fit nicely into the space theme and plays a vital part in the storyline. I am beginning on the area in which you first encounter it later today.
I just watched that video you linked. I love that idea and I will definitely add that in. That is an excellent idea. Thank you for mentioning this! It will undoubtedly improve gameplay.
The beta test won't be ready for a while now. Once I complete episode 2, I may release a small beta test. Not sure yet. When it is ready I will make a post about it.
Beginning work on Episode 2 for season 2 later today. If what I have in mind works, the first sequence of horror should make players scared and frantic when they see the beast that is hunting them. Combined with low gravity and underwater combat it should result in an interesting turn of events.

I was hoping they would be! I felt that the sewers were to easy before. I figured that the guardians would be a perfect adversary for the sewer area.
